Against trading but for BoA bank?

The mmo aspect. I don’t want to play solo rpg in a wow world. I want to play an mmo. Bartering with other players who are also playing HC. Could care less about getting things for my alts much rather be able to do all the quests and not have to reroll professions for stupid reasons. Being able to trade with other players facilitates that. Removing the AH/mailbox eliminates avenues for RMT and will help build social interaction through trade channel or other chat channels for trading.
tradable reagents would fix this like i mentioned. Also, its an mmo, try playing with other people instead of buying power from them. If you think going to orb to see everyone in trade spamming about boosts is good social interaction youre just wrong. You probably havnt played HC wow LOL.
The social interactions in SSF HC wow are genuine, people are hopeful for gear, patient with pulls, generous with gear because of how scarce it is. You just want people to be full set by level 14 and spamming dungeons.

Right now with SSF HC add on there is no grouping except for duo’s/trio’s I don’t have friends who play the same time I do so the only grouping is for dungeons. Yeah that doesn’t scream MMO and also doesn’t jive with SSF people are asking for here.
Can’t play with other people if you can’t group outside of dungeons.
Again, I know its hard to read my posts thoroughly. But the HARDCORE WOW SERVER will do NOTHING for partying. When it comes out you can PARTY with WHOEVER you want WHENEVER you want. What are you even saying lol, are you talking to me?

Depends on how much I can play. Probably only 6 slotters maybe an 8 slotter.
From what I can see the SSF option will cause drama on the exact rules. Like I hear some saying trading is OK at 60, but some say yes but only with guild members. I also hear some saying trading should be OK if is trade goods like cloth. I just can’t see how the SSF community will be able to agree to a set of rules that make them all happy.
The rest of us are fine agreeing that the ONLY rule be death=delete. The camp I am in doesn’t have any disagreements on how they want the servers to be.
Death = Delete is the server of our dreams. How dare you oppose us getting the server of our dreams?!
You can kill off your character on any server now. What would be the point of creating an entirely new server with only this change. Would be a complete waste of time.

I can only speak for myself but I never had an issue with hc players on BsB until the newest people to jump on board harassed me for roleplaying on a RP designated server telling me I was not welcome if not hc. The hc players present before the TBC split and just after were fine and we all were respectful of one another.
Now? I’m called “rp f*g” and told to kill myself on the regular. I realize these are the same mindless streamer minions found elsewhere and simply jumping on the latest trend. Blizzard can give hc a dozen different ruleset servers and twitch kiddies can follow their content creating god while I wave goodbye and wish them joy of each other.
I’m not confident that Blizzard will accommodate the OP’s request but I’ve no issue with the asking. This thread is a mess however and just as an fyi: calling people that disagree with you “obsessed” isn’t helping your case, OP. Maybe dial it back a bit.

Doenst change the fact a characters can twink out another character, might aswell just let the economy roll in fully.
The issue is that given the amount of development time to create both of these, the project would never get off the ground. Blizzard doesn’t create custom servers. There’s a reason.
This is an interesting point, indeed. I do, however, believe this concern is exaggerated.
I would imagine the majority of SSF people would prefer the SSF server over the unlimited server, regardless of the specifics. I might be completely wrong, of course.
Indeed. You’re quite right. I do think it is bizarre to be so opposed to giving a substantial group of people what they want. But you’re quite right in that I should’ve worded myself differently.

We can all speculate on what Blizzard will/ will not do. Here’s to voicing an argument that releasing 2 servers would be wise in the long run.
I am a firm believer of letting people chose.
Release TBC if there’s interest for that. Release whatever there is a clear interest in. And right now, I see a substantial interest for a SSF permadeath server and would argue Blizzard should jump on the opportunity

We have already played a season of custom Vanilla, and they confirmed they are actively working on something else which is not permadeath, and not SoM2
It’s a huge mess. I’ve been called out as well for simple emotes.
Non-HC players have indicated that HC players don’t belong on the server and hope they leave asap for the new server. HC players telling RP players it’s their server now and they should leave.
This will continue on a HC server between the “normal HC players and the “addon HC players. Blizzard is trying yet again to please everyone. And we all know how that works out.
Gonna have to pass on this experiment I think.

No, Hardcore IS doing things by yourself (as a character) until 60. Using mail, ah and/or player trade is not playing hardcore. So people that want to “choose” can “choose” not to play hardcore since that’s what they are asking for to begin with and not ask blizzard to implement 2 different servers with different ruleset because that is not happening ever, we are talking bout classic WoW devs here…
Take the win and quit while you are ahead people…
