Legion: Mounts, Pets, and More

I was legit confused because I just got done unlocking the archdruid lunarwing today and then see this.

Hey, at least Blizz understands that Legion was and still is better than the current content. I feel this is a step in the right direction.

I am close to this with some mounts. I have 7 horde max level, some who just farm mounts due to the stupid drop rates.

The next direction is to admit that the drop rates are way too low on a lot of things. No company should have enough people playing a game who are still in need of last expansions content to this extent unless there are more new players who did not play legion.

Make Legion content even more enticing by un-retiring its retired mounts, pets, and appearances. And do the same with all retired things.

Don’t @ me.

“Hey guys remember how fun Legion is?!?”

Even they know.

hey, we all like to relive past glories, like getting together with high school buddies and forcing them to remember you were the first to kiss the ugly chick that works at dairy queen and claim you were drunk.

Eh, there are some but the overwhelming praises do come too. Remember when they said they were extending the leveling xp bonus? That made me pretty happy.

This note about legion content though… it’s objectively late. They should have shared this article when the rep bonus went live. Or extended the rep bonus.

It also begs the question… why not focus on BfA content? What mounts do we need to get there? What pets? Seems like a bit of an eyeroll to push legion back at us at this point.

Yeah strict spec choicing and then MoP changing the talent selection to the rows was imo a big mistake.

This is a slap in the face after removing the rep buff

At the risk of sounding like a white knight. I don’t think so. It’s nice to have an official list and avoid wowhead.

last blue got an amazing welcome and a side with that you know it’s like kinda there job man…

that wasnt a white knight “look at the bright side”, it was flat out a ned flanders.

Sorry, I’m too busy farming yet another currency to band aid yet another broken system to actually do something in this game.

WoD was a really good expac. Short, but really good, well done. I know, I just went through it leveling my hunter.

Also, Pandaria is really cool. I’m in Legion now. I’ve forgotten these expacs.

It’s been really cool to have this reminder. I might go back to them when she’s 120 and do more.

I agree. It’s another option at end game, I appreciate the reminder.

I wouldn’t be upset if they did this with all old content tbh. I don’t think it should happen when it’s current as some people aren’t interested in spoiling finds through 3rd party sources.

But for old content it makes sense, especially if something was announced that people missed out on, such as the culimination of the dreamgrove murders which at the moment we are unsure if it was released or not.

Also for people not using 3rd party sources seeing things like riddlers mind worm and lucid nightmare might inspire them to search for them.

I don’t think it hurts at least, except for the extra 5 mins I need to wait on respawns for the rares I was farming and now people will be killing lol.

One can hope.

When I saw this on the launcher, I had questions about “why?”, and “why now?”, and now that I reflect on it, “are you trying to irritate players to the point they leave?”

Anniversary week idea. These mounts should have increased drop rate.
