It’s not a perfect solution, but if you click to loot a boss, anything you don’t pick up will be sent to you in the mail once you zone out. The only exception to this is gold or any other type of currency, so make sure to loot those. It’s what I do on this character since I seriously do not know how to keep empty space for running legacy content. I just go through and deal with selling everything from the mailbox later lol
One question: In Emerald Nightmare Mythic, I can’t get past the first boss due to a mind control ability it has. As soon as I get MC’ed I die and the encounter resets.
Will this Legacy Loot change alter this encounter to make it easier to either interrupt the spell or something to prevent the mind control ability, or no? Thanks in advance.
Actually, most currencies are sent to your mailbox too. I don’t think gold is, but things like Corrupted Mementos from the Ny’alotha minibosses are definitely sent to your mailbox. Also worth noting, you don’t have to loot the target for that to take effect, it happens even if you never right-click them.

Can you guys PLEASE fix Legacy Loot to not drop duplicates of items. Really distressing to get duplicate trinkets, bracers, etc because you guys messed up the loot tables. It’s takes away the enjoyment of doing old content and is incongruent to the loot system of the old raids as they were.
It has been broken for far too long.
And fix the travesties that is Ulduar; give us the 10/25 man modes back, FFS.

Yeah, the loot does still get mailed even if you don’t click, but it also removes all loot from the corpse/chest including the gold that doesn’t get mailed, so I wouldn’t personally skip looting for that reason alone.
As far as other currencies go, I suppose it depends on what the currency is/whether Blizzard decides to let it be mailable. As more examples of currencies that don’t get recovered in the mail, manapearls from Nazjatar (at least the ones dropped by rare NPCs) and Artifact Power (if you want to consider that a currency) additionally will not be mailed.

Which is exactly as expected, legacy buff doesn’t kick in until you’re 11 levels over the content, and they said nothing about enabling it alongside the loot. In fact, they explicitly said that you’d likely need some friends to down some of the bosses:

You could possibly obtain your legendary cloak on your warlock, and do some WQs to replace your 410 gear. maybe not this week, but I couldn’t see a reason why you couldn’t solo mythic EN in 2 weeks or so if you got a bit more gear on your warlock.
Okay, I’m running Legion content and legacy loot isn’t happening. Wanted to let you know where I’m at.

What about Legion PvP Elite transmog sets? Will they ever become available again through different requirements?

Just remove relics from the raids. It’s basically a timegate for moggers that the relics even drop.
