hi wiggles
Howdy friend.
i like mythic plus as it is, i do miss thta one option
Next expansion, I will be a demon hunter.
or an arms warr?
Never again. Warriors are not my cup of tea. However, I feel at home playing as a slayer of demons.

i think u short shift warrs, nice toes
Raiding needs an overhaul. Killing bosses for no loot or outdated ilvl loot is just a devilish design.
the dinars/upgrade thingies are pretty neat tho.
i.e.
was easy to get heroic sylv dagger for once and relatively easy to upgrade it to mythic too!
already a step in the right direction i hope they keep it up
wouldnt worry about m+ too much im pretty sure it’s the only sustainable activity outside of raid nights. must be very popular. doubt theyll mess with it.
Even those dinars take too long.
Fair enough, but imo one of the best raid encounters they ever designed was Blackhand. More fights like that would be incredible.
woah woah is dinar a foreign currency?
i smell a rebellion
I definitely agree with the latter, but the former kinda can’t be nerfed or else you have a Season 1 gearing problem where M+ was absolutely horrific for gearing, and that was while raid gearing was at its absolute worst by such a huge margin that it needed an emergency hotfix because of how dead raiding was about to be.
M+ would still be superior because it’s easier to get a group of 5 together and nut out a whole heap of M+ in the time it takes to clear the raid once, while also steadily increasing the ilvl rewards on each successful M+ key, on gear that is generally better than the gear in raids due to more variety in stat allocations and typically much stronger trinkets. And that’s without considering the learning period of each raid boss, the fact that one person’s error very often means a failed attempt, sometimes a single raid boss lasts nearly as long as an entire M+ (Sylvanas…) and wiping on said boss means starting over, and the fact that failing to kill a raid boss gives nothing (and rightfully so) while failing to time a key still gives pity loot and some valor.
The bulk of the changes needs to be on raids, absolutely, they need to be made MUCH better, but there’s a huge gap between raid and M+… at least up until Mythic raid anyway, and that is still very problematic in its own ways.
locks should hush imo
The thing i find funny about this game (at least in terms of gearing) is that it’s entirely designed around people that want gear making themselves do things that they don’t particularly enjoy in order to get said gear. If there were challenging solo activities that lead to similar gear levels, raid and M+ participation would plummet lol
Kinda makes you wonder if Blizzard will ever take this onboard and implement some challenging solo content that leads to gear instead of just an achievement, title or FoS.
M+ would still be superior because it’s easier to get a group of 5 together and nut out a whole heap of M+ in the time it takes to clear the raid once
You only need 10 for up through heroic really. 2/2/6 would become popular and the effort to do heroic raid isn’t that high outside of maybe the last bosses.
while also steadily increasing the ilvl rewards on each successful M+ key
Heroic raid drops higher Ilvl than the highest drop from M+.
And that’s without considering the learning period of each raid boss
Yeah, dungeons have learning curves too.
gear that is generally better than the gear in raids due to more variety in stat allocations and typically much stronger trinkets.
The bis trinkets depends quite a bit on your spec. Both of my warriors BiS trinkets are from raid including my weapon, meanwhile my warlock has maybe one trinket to get from raid.
sometimes a single raid boss lasts nearly as long as an entire M+ (Sylvanas…)
And sometimes they take 2 minutes like heroic skolex.
Sylvanas is a ridiculous fight though, I’ll agree with that. No raid boss should be over 8 minutes.
the fact that failing to kill a raid boss gives nothing (and rightfully so) while failing to time a key still gives pity loot and some valor.
Which is rare to fail raid bosses much for anything through heroic. Although a failed raid boss is usually a few minutes vs 30+ Minutes of time. I have no problem with failed keys rewarding maybe one item instead of two. I’m personally fine with no loot on a failed key but I don’t think a jump that far in that direction is realistic. I don’t like that you get M+ rating on failed keys either, in fact I hate it.
