It has been a very high priority for us to understand why, after we de-layered ten realms on May 14, these two realms reversed course and experienced this, while the others did not.

There’s an absurd amount of apparent bot farming going on on Herod as well. The number of guildless characters sitting in BRD and Dire Maul and Maraudon for days on end has gone down, but it’s still pretty bad.
I don’t think having a ban wave would get rid of queues, but I don’t need Blizzard to get rid of the queues. I just need the queues to be manageable.
i mean… i would voluntarily spend time on whitemane cleaning up bots as a temp GM even tho I dont play on them.
the ONLY reason I can think of why blizzard waits to bann bots.
is because its easier to get info on the person and their IPs and what not. making it easier to ban them completely, rather than just poofing a lvl 10 repeatedly.
and if they arent doing that then its clearly for money.

Is there a reason that Arugal was passed over? Our population is almost the same as the 2 servers that had layers and, as I type this, we have a 2.5k queue at 7pm. I know Blizzard often forgets that OCE is even a region but can we at least have the same treatment that US servers get.

Those characters are probably just alts boosting, though. I’m talking about things like large numbers of lvl 60 unguilded mages farming at all hours of the day.
Their is a lot more servers than just these two that have a queue problem.

Imagine having to so openly and obviously lie to everyone like this.
Everyone can just pop onto one of these big servers and watch the bot trains going around, it takes moments of investigation to see what the problem is.
Literal minutes of investigation and you could crack the case, the community has solved it for you and are giving you the answer.
And you come here and feign ignorance. It’s sickening how little you care about your game and the people who play it, because that gives us two options.
A- you are honestly so ignorant and unwilling to put even the slightest bit of effort into making a good game- sorry, a good game was already made 15 years ago- into having servers running a good game a company with completely different values from yours once made. You can’t even bother to take a look at it before lying about how it’s high priority to figure this out.
B- you’re well aware of the problem and just lying.
Either way- you’re lying, you’re doing a terrible job, and you’re making a massive amount of money for doing nothing.

If you haven’t figured it out yet Blizzard is incompetent. Lucky for them more talented game developers made this game for them 20 years ago so they can prop up their sub numbers.

According to visible population stats, Arugal is the third largest server. Guild had to wait over an hour before we had even remotely enough numbers online to raid and many had been sitting in hour+ long queues to get on.
How about you put them back on Arugal too, “82 minute” queue when logged in at 18:14 and moving slowly. This is ridiculous.

Yes, Arugal needs layers back too. 2.5 hour queue on Sunday, and a 1.5 hour queue at 6pm today. This is ridiculous, I expect to be able to use the service I’m paying for.

Blizz, How is this acceptable? 1600 Que at 6pm… Wait time est, 110 min. Will more likely be 180 min.
