How do you hop layers anyway? I got stuck in a layer that had no Ironforge NPCs from Sunday to Tuesday! (The server maintenance restart fixed it, thank God!). If I could have hopped to a working layer, I might have been able to finish some of my quests.
I never understand how people think they can get away with stuff like this. Blizzard will know who they are.
In any game, cheaters, exploiters, etc., ruin the experience for everyone. Please, swiftly punish people doing this.

I dont think anyoneâs mentioned that black lotus only spawns in like 2 of many possible locations in a zone when its time to spawn. So you premise is completely false, as you would have to swap layers, hope the lotus is up, then find it throughout the entire zone.
And where exactly will they store these? There isnât enough bank space. Something is fishy about this.

Canât the just scale the number of layers per zone based on zone population?

I would contend, if this were in fact real and the apparent silence from Blizzard on the issue can only lead me to believe they are rounding as much information on as many accounts as possible that used this âexploitâ and doing a ban

for 3000 crystals? sure. itâd take 5 bank alts but youâre talking about the kind of grognard whoâd actually farm that muchâŠcreating 5 extra toons and sending them the stacks is trivial compared to the gains of such a trove.
