Landro longshot has returned but doesn't work

I see the NPC “Landro Longshot” has returned but he cant validate my code. I copied and pasted the code from wowtcg.com/loot and it keeps telling me the code cant be validated.
Edit: My ticket went from 25 days to get a response on oct 26th too 32 days on nov 5th…

This is unfortunate for those of us who actually purchased cards and didn’t participate in whatever bug that rolled over from prepatch testers. I really hope that this gets fixed really soon.

Yeah it’s annoying as hell they don’t even acknowledge or give us a time frame as to when it can be fixed I made a ticket but apparently it won’t do anything

TCG has been discontinued for many years now and all support for it has now been recently discontinued too. It will never be coming back. Has nothing to do with Blizzard. Purely an Activision thing to discontinue it.

There’s no way. They have to honor the cards they’ve sold with codes and rewards.

I also cannot redeem tcg codes. I put a few tickets in about this. The first one was auto closed because aparantly they have a lot of tickets and “In the interest of saving you time” It would be nice if they would out right say this is disabled instead of just not giving a darn and have us figure it out ourselves. The only mention is that in the oct 27 hotfixes the npcs are mentioned as being back in the game. Can someone officially comment on this and acknowledge it and clarify if this is being fixed?

At a minimum, please give us an indication that it is acknowledged. Even better if you can say it is being worked on.

Yeah we are just stuck twiddling our thumbs and having to go and check everyday every few hours to see if it’s magically working.
