My first ticket was also auto closed and I opened a new one. I have attached a link of this very forum thread into my ticket so that they can come here for themselves that other people are also experiencing this issue. I recommend doing the same. Im sure they are busy, but if they would take the time to acknowledge us, this couldve potentially been fixed on the 11/1/22 update. It also would just feel better if they would let us know that they see what is going on and are working it, as mentioned above.
Let’s keep patient but vigilant guy!! If you come across anyone else whos having this issue, forward them to this thread so we can gain some traction. I’m anxious for my weather machine. The card is sitting on my desk just teasing me.

Also cant seem to redeem off of Zas’Tysh (Horde NPC in org) for the Blizzcon Polar Bear. Unless I’m mistaken on where to go. (forrum char is classic) but i am trying to redeem on Retail ofc

The alliance NPC isn’t working either, think its all code npcs that are disabled atm.

Same issue; and zero response from the open ticket which indicates a nearly 33-day response time. So much for great customer service…
Frankly, they should really come up with a more contemporary way to redeem TCG loot since Landro Longshot is enduringly unreliable.
I know the devs consider this a low priority issue, but they fail to fully realize how much of a priority issue this is for so many people out there.
For people with codes waiting to use, this is usually due to transactions that are pending confirmation and they can’t confirm the purchase as working correctly until this is fixed.
For people trading/selling cards/codes, this has completely derailed the process for the time being. We’ve had to literally disable our entire website market in the meantime and we get daily concern about what is going on with this. The eBay market is absolute chaos as well.
I get that as devs they think Landro is the end of the world and probably hate him by now but it really is a major problem for some people out here as is. Any update on when this fix might go live so we can pass that information on to people to calm them down would go a long way.
