Landro longshot has returned but doesn't work

I see the NPC “Landro Longshot” has returned but he cant validate my code. I copied and pasted the code from wowtcg.com/loot and it keeps telling me the code cant be validated. Edit: My ticket went from 25 days to get a response on oct 26th too 32 days on nov 5th…
