No I don’t remember. What I remember is not having Mythic slapper in my OH till after m+ season was over and it mattering cuz I was 10k overall Dps behind DHs that did have double Mythic slappers
Loot always mattered and BIS loot came from Mythic raid. And it still does. Except m+ doesn’t drop any loot now.
You don’t even play the game and didn’t even play BFA. And no raiding LFR doesn’t count as playing.

No I didn’t. Nor do I need to. I can tell by your words you never actually did any real content. Not every one had the same gear. Mythic raiders and top key pushers were always the most geared. And people who did all 3 forms of content were the most geared.
You can look at my shadowlands main tho. DH was my BFA main.
Great argument. You must have missed everyone running around with 470+ ilvls that never stepped foot in a mythic raid too.

Mythic raiders were 481 ilvl.
470 ilvl by end of BFa didn’t mean anything. M 15 gave 465 and neck and cloak inflated the remaining ilvl.

470 was the baseline ilvlby end of 8.3
It wasn’t good or high.

Yes, I 100% agree with you. Everyone was geared at just a few ilvls below mythic raid cap…because gear was to plentiful and didn’t matter.
That’s what I have been saying this whole time.
And mediocre gear should be plentiful. Just as it was in BFA.

I think m+ should drop more gear. Just as it did in BFA.
Not everyone is clearing 15s right now. And by time everyone does clear 15s yes I think everyone who is farming 15s should be decked out in heroic level loot.
Just like it was in BFA.
M+ needs to drop more loot.
Raid bosses need to drop more loot.
PvP cone cap should be increased.
Everything needs to drop more loot same amount of pieces it dropped in BFA.
M+ needs to drop same amount of pieces as it did in BFA and raid bosses need to drop as many pieces as they did in BFA. That’s all we are saying.
I did 1500 completed runs at +20 or above in 8.3
I want you to comprehend that. 1500 runs timed. That’s not counting the depleted and abandoned runs.
Some one who loves M+ as much as me has no motivation to do keys right now cuz it doesn’t drop any Fn gear and it’s so demoralizing.
At this point might as well afk and come back when pvp conq cap is high enough to gear out in a day and be 220 ilvl within a day and then start having fun by pushing glad and doing high keys.
It does sound like a weird place to be, because I doubt you needed gear for 90% of your 1500 runs…but you still did them.
Now you do need gear and you don’t want to do them.

I did need the gear. We could have pushed highier if I got my Mythic slappers earlier in the tier. Didn’t even get them till last push week of the season was over.
And yes just being on a gear treadmill and m+ gearing being even less independent on its own than in 8.3 is bad.
Can’t push keys with out gear. And can’t get the gear pushing keys.
Hence. Like I said. Feels like I should just come back when pvp gearing is not time gated anymore and then do all the things I wanna do. High keys and push glad.
Same here. I don’t care if I get a crap ton of what others call useless loot. I liked that cause it gave me options. I’m not the type to be overly concerned with what’s that phrase? “Bis” or something. I’d rather have a bunch of random loot than nothing at all.

but no in all seriousness as it is now rng is running completely rampant in some peoples cases and it’s soul crushing for them, i’ve done fairly ok for myself so far gear wise but have many friends that have not been so lucky, some of which are running 4x even 5x the content i am, but are 10-14 item levels behind regardless which is just…well wrong, and naturally they’re demoralized by the lack of well anything, a few have already unsubed and i’d wager atleast a couple more will by the end of the week.
now granted not every issue is pure rng there’s a good number of people out there who aren’t taking advantage of what they’re given meaning 184 pvp gear to get over that hump as a result they have a tendancy to not time their keys which cuts half the loot off the top right there thus perpetuating the issue because not only is rng being less then favorable to them, but they’re refusing for whatever reason to take what little rng protection is currently offered.
