Yeah i was so disappointed in the KSM mount. Worked hard to get that 2k rating and a underwhelming ground only mount is what i got. Sucks.

They are. Just only in RSS. But even then once people got the fomo they wanted in the first few weeks theyāre done. They donāt care to upgrade the gear level since they are doing pve.
As a fellow adult, I can see when something doesnāt make sense or fit a particular theme.
For example, the current expansion, DRAGONFLIGHT, has a focus on DRAGON RIDING.
PvP gets a reward that is part of this expansion-specific feature.
Raiding gets a reward that is part of this expansion-specific feature.
M+ does NOT get a reward that is part of this expansion-specific feature.

DF ksm mount is a spit on peopleās face who still play wow
KSM is too easy, by comparison, to award a drake customization like the other pillars.
The ground mount is fine.
The raid one drops from all difficulties. Thats a stupid comparison
The raid drop is not guaranteed. Itās RNG.
KSM isnāt RNG; itās completable by no-talents hacks like myself.
KSM doesnāt deserve nice such a grandiose or lavish reward; the gear by itself is reward enough.
