Yes, feedback that the mechanic is still not working as stated from official sources:

“Players who participate in Korrak’s Revenge and complete the Alterac Valley of Olde achievement can earn two mounts: the Stormpike Battle Ram (Alliance) and the Frostwolf Snarler (Horde).”

I require customer support because the solution provided seems to be for some other quest I have no desire in completing.

I’m interested in completing the achievement that Blizzard has openly promoted to get the reward associated. If I need help with this new ‘bonus objective’ I can make a new thread for it but this thread is currently for the ‘AV of Olde’ achievement so I’d prefer to keep it on topic.

I appreciate that, Nicolasrage, but there isn’t a lot that support can do here. We can’t change how the mount is awarded.

Any changes to how it works or any quest or system around it, need to be directed to the appropriate teams.

For suggestions/feedback a new thread would be the way to go, in the appropriate location. Such as General Discussion or PvP.

Welp, this is discouraging, spent hours grinding my proverbial butt off to get the achievement and all 200 badges. All on one single character. Of course, no mount was received.

Then as of today now there is a NEW bonus objective that rewards the mount, requiring me to grind ALL 200 OVER AGAIN FROM SCRATCH

I give up, Im never getting this mount Q.Q I earned it and now Im being forced to ‘earn’ it again. This is not okay Blizz

Nice to see they updated the 18th anniversary blog to reflect their hotfixed “solution” to the problem. It’s no longer an exact copy/paste from the 15th anniversary blog page!

I’m never one to complain on forums, but this is an exception. I farmed around 250 badges in old AV, got the achieve, and farmed more after when I didn’t get the mount. I did this instead of enjoying the leveling bonuses and getting an earlier PVP saddle before progress is wiped Tuesday.

So Blizzard false advertised the requirements for an event (that never changes) because of laziness/incompetence or simply not caring enough to change what they copied yet actually changed the requirement (but no one could tell because of their incompetence) and people that took the time to meet the requirements are now out of luck and have to redo everything right before something else much more important is made playable on the servers and should take priority.

Amazing service and quality from Blizzard as always, if this is what we can expect from Blizzard in Dragonflight… then I really need to reconsider if buying Dragonflight is worth it.

Posting here will do squat you want to get the dev attention post in general or pvp forums where the dev go to for feedback or suggestions or use the ingame suggestion feature any feedback here will get lost to the maw.

Is the hotfix working properly or not, seen some people say even after doing the grind again they still aren’t getting the mount, don’t want to waste my time doing it for nothing.

Have gotten the 200/200 on the Bonus Objective and now it is just sitting with a check mark but no mount.

Edit: I had made a ticket and I had gotten an auto response but Since posting this , after the bonus objective sat completed for about 6-7 hours it finally went through and I was rewarded the Howler and Ram the same time I had gotten the auto response from the ticket.

You need to file a bug report.

Can I get a screenshot on what you are seeing? Have you reentered Korrak’s Revenge since hitting 200/200?

Can you try just logging out and back into the game to see if it updates?

hello sorry i had been busy with work since you responded. I did infact reenter Korrak’s revenge while sitting on 200/200. but i have since gotten the Snarler. let me repost my edit i put up above.

I know this wasn’t for me but I have the same issue. I even went back into AV Olde and it popped up on the screen 200/200 but still didn’t complete.

I didn’t get the mount, but got the achievement on 11/10. Do I need to get 200 more badges to get the mount? How will it be delivered?

The mount is awarded through a PvP objective, not the achievement. The item should automatically be delivered once you earn 200 Timewarp badges in Korrak’s Revenge.

There does seem to be a delay in getting awarded, though that is being looked into.

Stop acting like your customers are idiots, you look up Frostwolf Snarler in the mount journal and it clearly says, Achievement: Alterac Valley of Olde. You guys broke the achievement somehow then hotfixed in this bonus objective and act like it’s always been that way. It’s completely disrespectful to your customers.

We haven’t said it has always been this way, in previous years it was awarded with the achievement. It changed this year to be an objective instead.

Yes, the journey still mistakenly lists old information. That needs to be updated still, but is going to require a patch to do so, which we cannot do at the moment.
