Did you guys even play original vanilla back in 2004/2005? Like I’m sick of seeing it like the bastion of best game every LOL. It has it moments and places in time, but it wasn’t all that great. I played original vanilla, while it was good, it has its flaws and many of the same arguments I see today, existed back then… I wonder why. And why did wow take the direction it did, hmmmm… I wonder why.
why should what my character looks like matter to anyone else but me? I can choose the ugliest faces for many of the races and people don’t like it right? But tough luck. Same can be applied to what people wana transmog into

we diddnt agree on the toggle part cause theyve proven that toggles dont work well enough with several of their toggles in the past and would end up making it default.
client side only would be the only way i would support it .
i dont care for transmog in retail and i dont hate it there either.
it doesnt work as a universal thing in this version or era or whatever you want to say of the game.

ok let’s approach this from outside the point of view of a classic or retail player.
why would anyone want the dev team to waste time implementing a non-gameplay feature that is probably complex when they are trying to add and balance real stuff?

Nah, I like the look of gear actually meaning something. The visual progression is just as important as stat progression imo. I can make my retail character look pretty cool with tmog but its so shallow that its not fun. Its just crappy stat gear pieces that I made look pretty. Very boring.
