If players 4 and 5 just don’t click yes, the group of 3 has no power to kick anyone
Like your example earlier where you were player 5 and the group of 3 wanted you kicked, if player 4 votes no, you won’t get kicked, and then in order for player 4 to get kicked, you would have to vote yes. So why would you vote yes if they chose not to kick you?
If this is how you feel when you see a group of friends playing together then maybe you shouldnt be queuing for group content.
We need EVERYONE in the game who gets kicked for no reason by trolls to complain here, honestly…so bliz can see this IS actually an issue that needs addressing.
I tend to just hit yes. Any time a vote comes up, it’s basically conditioned into me like muscle memory. Honestly, as long as it’s a box with a left or right choice, I hit the left one. Even if the raid leader tells us all to hit no, I hit yes in less than a second. When I make a new character and get a random g invite I accept it without even thinking. If someone tries dueling me I accept it even if I’m lv 10 and its an 80 its an automatic response.

Doesn’t matter blizzard already stated there is no wrong reason to kick people, even if the group does so because it’s funny to them. They will never change their stance on this because it would cause them a ton of extra work to moderate.

and the brain just assumes that the kick is for a legit reason even if we didnt actually see anything because who would kick someone for no good reason?
I did the same thing for a while until I started healing.
Its not going to be easy for a tank or a DPS to keep track of every movement of four players so its easy enough to assume that the kick is for some legit reason, so clicking yes is a no brainer most of the time for most players.
The illegit kickers know this and abuse the auto response of others to get a bogus kick thru.
So you vote yes to kick someone.

We’re asking for basic changes to the system itself to reduce CURRENT abuses, just as they have made changes in the past to reduce contemporary abuses.

How would they get this proof? Anything made would be staged unless they go out of their way to record every dungeon run they do.
Are people willing to file every dungeon run as proof something is happening? And who would care enough to go through 1000’s of video recordings of every dungeon run they ever did?
You want proof but unless people start logging there runs no proof is going to get made.

I’m not even asking for a solution, just them saying they see the community feedback on this.
I think that’ll then blow the lid off the pot for sure. Community will go nuclear at that point and then they’ll HAVE to do something.

It doesn’t matter what side of the fence you are on, the constant toxic back and forth is not healthy for anyone or the game.
