Also true pay to win games have things locked behind exclusive pay walls from the store that aren’t available without using real money.

As people can buy those same Carrie’s you’re crying about with gold it by definition isn’t pay to win.

Except the old content was easily soloable up until an expansion or two ago. It seems they changed it recently. FYI I tested with several characters earlier. My lvl 53 with ilvl 105 had an easier time than my 53 at 115, or my 60 at 215. Certainly kills my desire to level or gear anybody. =(

That’s because they did an ilvl squish at the end of BFA.

And content is scaled based on ilvl.

That’s why I was a multi 2200 arena player in Cata before the token right?

The only reasons I have ever bought a WoW token was to buy raid mats.

The biggest issue is the level squish. We went from player level 120 in BFA to 60 in slands.

Yes, this is what they are doing. The majority of people who want old content are doing it on Classic.
