I have been back for less than forty-eight hours and have already tripped over TWO bugs. One of them completely ruins the jousting experience at the Argent Tournament Grounds, Icecrown, and the other is going to cost folks gold.
Well, I am 100% certain I was directed to the ‘WoW Forums’, nothing more specific. And given that it happened to me, I am going to take my word for it.
Even if it did, WoW forums doesn’t mean the general discussion. If you want to leave feedback, there are better sections that are appropriate for such if you really want to leave feedback and have it seen by the people that can do something about it. Common sense works.
I was asked to fill out a questionnaire and then I was directed here when I cancelled my other account as I felt this was no longer an alt friendly game. That was early January.
Such as? They fired most of the CM’s so it is not like any other forum will garner you a response to why you are quitting. A little common sense goes a very long way, friend.
It was more so Radiant Spark that made me unsatisfied with the legendary. But yeah, I wasn’t upset that it didn’t work. Things happen, tooltips are off sometimes. I was upset with the GMs response that I hadn’t created a ticket soon enough so he couldn’t help me. It was less than 24 hours, I had work.
They seem to really just not care much about the game or helping their players.
Seems I’m speaking to a brick wall here, enjoy the problems that are so back they make you unsub either not being seriously looked at or not even noticed.
I can’t blame anyone who unsubs. Mine runs out sunday and I am done for a while. I don’t even care about the loot not dropping, it’s just how slow they are to resolve glaring problems. Something is horribly broken? Oh well, just deal with it for 6 months. Lolno, not going to pay you guys to not deliver.
I am having a great time with SL. And looking forward to leveling all 40 of my alts pretty quickly, unlike in BFA where it took me pretty much most the xpac to finish them off.
No game is perfect and to expect it to be is foolish. Not every bug deserves nor needs it own communication on the issue, and is probably prioritized really to how important it is to the health of the whole game. Not just to one person or one class. But as a whole. So yeah some things never seem to get addressed. And the Game has never been balanced there is always those that are more powerful than others and there has always been a spread between the top and the bottom.
CS has only so much say and power in how they handle things.
Covenants / Soulbinds are really more player issue than anything else. Unless your really pushing high keys or mythic raiding, the amount of difference between them is manageable. Its like saying in order to clear Heroic raid you already have to be Heroic raid BIS outfitted. It is totally false a person doesn’t even have to be totally BIS in normal raid gear to clear heroic raid. But the player base makes too much out of being way to Over Powered to clear content, and use the term as being competitive. Which that a $9 cup of coffee means nothing come the next day in meaning of life. A video game is a joke, meant to be played as entertainment not like it really matters to anyone. They sure wont put on your tome stone Worlds Best WoW Player when your gone.
Good post, OP, and I agree with you. The devs are more interested in how they can keep you hooked monthly rather than trying to fix the game and make it enjoyable.
Like going to a burger joint and ordering your meal and all your fries are somewhat cold and 5-6 hours old in the heat lamp, soggy and flimsy and refusing to give you fresh fries from the cooker that is crispy and hot. And everyone saying cold and old fries is good stuff in it’s defense. Then that is the time you stop going to said burger joint.
