See what? You literally said wow is designed for ground mounts. If that’s the case you’re not handicapping yourself if you choose to stay on a ground mount. It’s the same game before and after flying is available.

I’ve not turned WM on this entire expansion. Nobody cares about it. Blizzard had to bribe people with heroic level raid gear just to participate. This was before flying was available.
So you can stay on the ground while the people that want to fly can fly.

Handicapping gold flow, handicapping gear flow, handicapping rep gains, handicapping progression in game. I like earning these efficiency boosts by earning pathfinder. I like that you have to earn the right to be an efficient gold farmer. It makes the auction house more lucrative to those that have willpower to grind for the increased efficiency.
You refuse to look outside of the hole you’ve buried your head in underground. Or rather, instead of looking at the world surrounding you, your eyes are locked to the sky straight up and you’re out of touch with everything but the sky you can’t even fly in.
Netomatic kills are super fun. Watching warriors squish on the ground, 10/10.

They just need to add a jetpack item for mount equipment.
The only argument that might hold water is gathering for gold. Reps are time gated. You can only earn so much in a day regardless of flying or not. Gear? Are you serious? Flying has NOTHING to do with getting gear.
I’ve said this before, where my goblin and gnome engineers to make a jetpack mount equipment thing?
We have a slot for mount equipment, should be more than just water walking available.
How is that trolling? It’s like getting angry because someone has a favorite color but can’t express why they like that color more than others.

When having a conversation, the worst thing you can do is position. By definition, it means you are objectifying your opinion, so every single thought that goes through your head is to defend your current position. You don’t consider that you might be wrong, because you wouldn’t be positioning if that was the case. You are positioning. You are also wrong.
Flying bypasses too much, that’s why its mid expansion, and will stay there.
Some said it earlier or on another post, it is a convenience.
Generally my first 3 toons, 2 Horde (Hunter and Priest), Alliance (Hunter) go through all content on the ground. My priest is a healer, so that is only intended for that. The solo toons (hunters) allow me experience the tremendous effort of the dev’s put into making the world in its entirety. This is my choice, and not for everyone, ok.
Flying is something I look forward to for my alts who support my primary toon, because I still make use of crafting and not pay for unregulated AH prices. This is why I do appreciate flying is necessary at some point. It is easier and faster.
If you have the one toon, flying is not necessary unless you prefer playing candy crush version of wow. Then there are better games out there for that kind of player to enjoy. I am certain they too are going to complain about looking for something else as well and require someone to do that for them too.
In summary, no one offers a means to temper the game to make progress more universal for all paying customers. Pathfinder is a good control.
I still think that my idea, that there is no flying until the last boss of the last raid is downed and then everyone gets it.

I have a different opinion than you. You’ve not once given the slightest bit of consideration to flying being available at max level. All you’re doing is saying why your opinion is so much better and calling me a troll (not the wow race either).

As alliance, I worry we would never get it.
