Just Let Everyone Get The Mage Tower Appearances

Yup, which they admitted to earlier this week, and repeatedly over the past few days.

Rhay and Co. Lol.

No, they are pretty damn analogous.

A core part of an MMO is building your avatar, and making it visually distinct in the way you want it.

When it comes to druids, a lot of people are arbitarily shut out from making the avatar they want, because of a silly timed exclusive that should not have been timed.

If Blizzard had tied the owlkin form to the tower, moved some other forms around and made the sparkle kitty an artifact form, this wouldn’t be as much of an issue.

But they didn’t. They put the really distinct form into the MT. This was a mistake.

Anywho, Blizzard’s game design philosophy needs to change because the systems have taught the playerbase “crabs in a barrel”/“dogs fighting over scaps” mentality

Its well known that they told us since the start, mage tower was only during legion and going away afterwards.

And their parents could teach the kids you don’t get what you want because you want it. Not hard of a concept. The fact you want to TEACH kids that if they complain enough they can get whatever they want…is pretty sad really.

Also, dude, stop quoting yourself. You aren’t making points because you have no facts, but are assuming you know why. No one cares you think you are smart, you are the only one.

You asked if she wanted it put back in game, it doesn’t get put back in game without the challenge, and she didn’t want the challenge either. So yeah it does answer your question. Again, you just do not like the answer.

No im just gonna quote my own responses for a 10th time thinking it proves everything I say, like you.

Doesn’t matter, it is still a new form you asked what forms were put in. You didn’t put any quantifiers at all aside from new forms. Also, yeah druids are getting 4 new forms, each with 2 shades, next patch too

No, it boils down you others wanting things they CAN’T have because they missed out. Entitlement, because they think they are entitled to get them.

Which is part of the ongoing game design problem that they keep discarding celebrated systems every expansion instead of keeping them evergreen and building upon them like a golden goose.

Their promises are regularly a mistake, such as:

  • “The ripcord will never be pulled”
  • “If you want to play a high elf, blood elves are waiting for you”
  • “Warlocks will never get green fire”
  • and more!

Actually you’d be teaching kids that anyone can get the same rewards for putting in the same effort in the same challenge, like high scores on a standardized test

Stay mad though, cuz I’m right, the root is a game design problem because they keep discarding celebrated systems incoherently, leading to a culture centered on Pride-from-Exclusion instead of from Success independent on time.

The ripcord being pulled was not something that was locking cosmetics, persay. It was in reaction to so much spec-locking and slow sub numbers that they decided to give us what we wanted to try and save wow. And what’s that about warlock green fire? We’ve had that for ages.

…
But that’s how politics works, isn’t it? If you are loud enough, long enough, you have supporters, then …

Incorrect, it was locking cosmetics since you couldn’t xmog any of the Necrolord things as a Venthyr.

Devs in Cataclysm said warlocks were never going to get green fire, learn your history.

I joined during wod so I was late to the party.

You really love quoting yourself again…and again…and again. You do know just because you repeat it, it doesn’t make it real.

So you would teach them something that is actually against how the world works? Cause, last I checked, I can put in the same work as my boss, often put in more work, but he gets paid more…how is that getting the same reward for the same work? It is almost like, the world isn’t as simplistic as you want to pretend it is for your arguments sake

No, it actually doesn’t. Because my question relates to whether or not she cares if people have a chance to get it again, not if she will personally do it. Your side stepping because you know the answer would be in my favor.

Who says we can’t have them? You? Blizzard?

Also your entitled for wanting to keep them exclusive to yourself and not give them to new or returning players. Entitlement works both ways, what makes you more entitled than others?

Except it’s not the same. You could make it similar in difficulty, but not the same unless you had some legion tw thing with all the correct abilities and gear.

As a different challenge, it should have a different prize.

Don’t forget legendaries will never be moggable because if everyone was running around using Thunderfury you wouldn’t be special anymore. Me mogging Thunderury has absolutely nothing to do with how many other people are mogging it, it has to do with whether or not I think it looks cool.

Actually, no because she would say “no because it was told to be taken away and it was” because, she gets how the world works. Shes not an entitled child, unlike you.

Yeah thats what exclusivity is about. Who dictates we can’t just have as much money as we want, the government? Who says I can’t have McRib all year long? McDonalds? Who says I can’t buy the new lexus? My bank account?

Yeah things limit things, thats life.

Except the armor sets, and the titles, and the mounts, and the pets. But other than that yeah, no cosmetics were locked behind the ripcord being pulled.

Have you tried applying for the position of your boss?

Actually standardized tests is how you get high grades in highschool, entry exams for college, and grades in college that lead to a high probability of doing well in life under current capitalist conditions.

You seem upset and frustrated actually

I think teaching kids that everyone deserves access to equal challenges for the same rewards is good, and that just because someone did something before you doesn’t make them better than you

That’s the challenge for the devs :kissing:
