Crusader Strike has a discord with a list of players that bail on PuG groups. People check the list before inviting. If the issue grows more people will check the list before inviting.
I am not surprised you support gdkp, the whole premise is childish. Godforbid you dont get full bis, or you lose a roll…or that you been raiding for weeks and all you need is this special trinket but it wont drop
again why would i be mad? im leaving the pug raid if my gear doesnt drop or if i dont win the roll. the other 9 people might be mad tho, it is pretty hard/impossible to refill a group if your too deep in at the start of any phase, towards the end of the phase it gets easier, but its ultimately not my problem to figure out.
Oh not at all, I run with a group of friends consistently, so even if they got all the loot and I won nothing my runs would get smoother and easier and we’d be able to BS all the more.
Because i run and host a few GDKP’s? (Also before you say something dumb, i already found an alternative that doesnt break TOS and i still get gold for running the raids.)
People that join GDKP discords are in a guild already and are coming on their alt, or they’re in a GDKP guild. While the folks that are in trade chat doing GDKP’s are also in a guild, youll maybe find 1 or 2 people in every other raid that isnt in a guild.
Doesnt work on big servers, because you can still form groups as people generally dont check, or forget peoples names. YOU may check other people, but the other 20 raid groups dont.
eh its a waste of time as some point and becomes a chore to carry grey parsers.
Anecdotal at best. Shady people hang w/ shady people and talk about how shady everyone is. You live in an echo chamber and don’t even realize it, hopefully you are smart enough to know that is not proof. I’d also add that prisons are full of people that thought they were smarter than others. Best of luck in your endeavor.
They are checking now, albeit not a majority. If/when the behavior you suggest grows so will the amount of people that check the lists.
To be frank, I run primarily with guild members so I rarely have to deal with this. I have experienced healing a group of “special” players (don’t want to be too offensive) and it was exhausting. I’ve also had a couple really good PuG groups. But if you only PuG I can see how it would be undesirable at times.
I promise you, people aren’t going to take the hissy fits of cheaters very seriously.
If you want to show up to a raid and make a show of yourself, that’s up to you. The classic player base has in the past been fairly effective in policing itself.
Your mileage may vary. Do shady things and take the chance I guess.
LOL! We obviously do not hang in the same circles but what ever you need to do to progress the grieving process.
At some point you will have to come to grips that SoD is no longer swipe for pixels. So either play the game or find a game that allows P2W. I’ve heard chocolate is good for the blues. Good luck to you!
Yours and the other cheaters crying about the GDKP ban
GDKP participants
Boom you get tossed in ignore lists.
Maybe it works for you, maybe it doesn’t. Your noted loot goblinism and hissy fit that you aren’t allowed to cheat probably won’t work out for you in the way you think it does.
