Just give the alliance high elves already

Probably because theres been a dozen of these threads posted in the last 72 hours all devolving into the same tangents.

Give them Diaper-Gnomes.

Satisfaction wasn’t a concern when Diaper-Gnomes were given to Alliance.

They’re called Mechagnomes, sista, an’ their awesome. You watch what you say from here on out.

The mechagnomes are actually better then Vulpera in terms of actual dungeon content and also have some really nice QOL features.

That people are annoyed because they’re not pretty says more about them then it does about the devs.

There are almost 10 times as many Vulpera as Diaper Gnomes.

Give the Horde Diaper Gnomes.

The alliance already has them. And like I said: you’re commentary says more about your values (or complete lack there of) then it does the devs.

Ok, good point. The horde can get Void Diaper Gnomes. Alliance gets High Elves.

Sound fair?

Better idea: the Helf enthusiasts get some prozac and the rest of us get some peace and quiet.

Trying to argue that the majority of the consumer base is Horde, and thus needs to be especially catered to in a PVP game is an approach that is detrimental to the long-term prospects of any game. The less Alliance you have because of issues like this, the less people there are for Horde to fight, marginalizing the PvP content considerably, until you end up as dead as Guild Wars.

I’m going to reiterate: I am not going to answer what Horde should get. -Horde- needs to answer that. Anything coming from Alliance is either unqualified (we don’t know what Horde want) or an at this point somewhat tired joke.

The fact you don’t want Void Diaper Gnomes says more about you than it does about Void Diaper Gnomes

Obvious troll is obvious.

You asked for a race to be given to the Horde in return.

I have been assured that Void Elves and Diaper Gnomes are Allied Races of the HIGHEST quality!

So surely the Horde would be terribly amiss to turn down Void Diaper Gnomes!

obvious troll is obvious

Good news, the alliance has had high elves for about 2 years now.

I think it’s pretty clear that the High Elf crowd wants to be your typical fantasy style skinny feminine pointy eared fair skinned elf. They’d probably love it even more if you took what Blood Elves are and made them tall.

And that’s not a problem. But it’s not what Void Elves are.

Void Elves are cursed gloomy duskmelons.

It’s a simple thing. Effectively just skin/hair color and eye glow. But it makes them feel much more different than they actually are, even if you opt out of the tentacle options.

To be clear I don’t want an actual Race or Allied Race slot wasted on High Elves. But I think Void Elves should have gotten the High Elf customization option, not Blood Elves. It would preserve the visual distinction between High and Blood Elves, too.

Eh… I wouldn’t really call Void Elves High Elves though…

I say YES because it will remove a bunch of people from the horde and put them where they belong
