Just bought new xpac and

So I just purchased the new xpac, and now when I log into my account it states that I only have a trial account available. All my characters are gone it’s as though I started a brand new account. I already have an active six month prescription that does not expire until April next year. So now I’m stuck and confused and not sure what’s going on.

Anyone else encounter this? Or anyone know what’s going on?

Looks like it is an issue and looks like a restart of the bnet launcher is helping? It certainly is known at the moment.

Same exact thing happend to me. Starting the battlenet launcher did not fix it. :frowning:

It also says “upgrade available” but not letting me log in.

EDIT: I had to log out of the battlenet launcher and relog into it. That fixed it.
