Can't access account after buying the Expansion

I bought the expansion and now I can’t access the account I bought it on.

Hi, I preordered the expansion and now I can’t speak in trade chat, and I got a crafting order cancelled and I cannot access my mail to get my materials back

edit: Now I can’t access my account which has gametime until april 2025

Do you have game time currently?

Seen a couple reports like this - sending it along to be looked into.

Have you tried fully relogging, game and launcher?

I fully closed the game and the game launcher, and now my two active accounts are missing from the launcher.

I see all your licenses, Erixi - they aern’t gone.

Why you can’t see them, excellent question, but they haven’t gone anywhere.

Same here, says I don’t have an active sub.

So I was able to get back into my main account by launching WoW from the .exe in the retail folder, and I am also able to talk in trade chat again.

Happened to me too. looks like it’s not defaulting to my main account but a diferent non active account. logging in from the program and not battle.net works.

This just happened to me, my main account is missing =( (Has my Moonprisms - Tichondrious character)

Same here, just bought the epic edition and cant see my account on the launcher

Getting mixed reports on this - but some have reported that restarting the launcher helps.

If it doesn’t - check Task Manager to see if you may have more than one launcher active - or reboot your system, that would end it if that’s the case.

Fully closing out every battle.net function on the task manager and reopening it fixed the problem, thanks Orlyia!

I did not buy the new expansion and my primary account with an active subscription was also missing. Confirmed that closing the launcher via task manager and relaunching made it show up again
