My experience in recent years has been that the time estimates are usually pretty accurate. But I worked a lot of those Tuesdays so my recollection might not be a complete picture.

No, what we are complaining about is lack of communication. We don’t need apologists. We need answers. We are paying customers.

Maintenance is an example of what is called a singularia tantum. It has no plural form.

The answer is on the Launcher, Twitter, and the Support page stating WoW is down for maintenance from 5am to 1pm Pacific time.

Just because a server is technically on, and posted as such, does not mean players can get to them - and they were very clear about that. If they say you can’t play until 1pm then you can’t access the game until then, unless they finish early. If they are done early, they will say so.

Making things up as we go now, eh? Calling it now once you realize how absurd that statement is - “I was trolling, yall”

Also, why isn’t Blizz knocking on our doors to make sure we know maintenance is a thing?

Acttally, you agreed to any and all downtime, without given notice. You agreed to Blizz that the game is sold as is and you agreed to that the game can be brought down at any time.

Again, as I’ve stated before. We, as paying customers, would like that extra effort of communication.

Blizzard just knows I need to clean my apartment…that was their entire plan…get me to be productive on my day off and not waste my time playing their video game…thanks wow…I really did not want to be an adult today but you’re kinda forcing my hands

The launcher, Support site, and Twitter CS told you that you would not be able to access the servers. You really think you need to be told more than 3 times that you can’t play during Maint? You really think you are entitled to a 4th means of knowing the game is not accessible during Maint?

Darth was replying to you. You seem to think you pay for something outside game access such as support on the website, forums, twitter, etc. We don’t pay for that. Blizz is not required to offer it and we are not “entitled” to it. That is what Darth is pointing out.

Still, even though they don’t have to, they do offer 3 messages communicating the game is not accessible right now.
