It's time to unlock all classes for every race

The precious plot hole won’t get ruined any further if a Fox can pick up the Ashbringer.

Undead pally (the only way I think for me to play this class)

Why do people want this so much? I don’t get it.

Technically undead holy priests shouldn’t really be a thing, much less paladins. Yes, there are some strong willed characters like Zelliak who can handle the light despite being undead, but they’re supposed to be rare. The light is extremely harmful to undead.

cause I like undeads

This makes no sense, adding diversity is the opposite of homogenisation. And we don’t play a race, we play an individual. The individuals we play are supposed to be some special maw-walker, infinite resurrecting, special chosen one. It would make as much sense for us to be a rare class-race combo as it would for us all to be generic human paladin.

I’m before OP says all classes should have the same ability, just different animations

We must be playing different games.

Imo the best way to add a any race/class option is to make it One-per-account for achieving a milestone like “15k achievement points”.

That demonstrates your commitment to the game and knowledge justifying your new character that breaks the rules a bit.
As well as a substantial reward to be able to do this.

But at the same time not making it so frequent that EVERYONE is always on their lore modifying class.

In addition at 25k achievement points an any race/class/faction option opens up.

These new characters could pick and choose druid forms or paladin mounts etc from their factions options so no new options need to be made for all the combos.

Id love servers with special rule sets! Totally dig this idea, esp the transmog.

That only really works in N.America.

Down here in Oceania, we don’t even have RP servers.

Can’t wait to finally try out a Demon Hunter as a Tauren (just can’t stand belfs which keeps me from playing one as it is.).

I don’t care what your reasoning is, it should have been done a long time ago and I support it completely.

In a world were we are in the afterlife and will return to Azeroth its not like lore matters at all anymore.

If you used this statement out of game terms it would be a banable offense.

The individual has the ability to decide for themselves what they wish to do with their life. You can still become a astrophysics black guy despite how rare that is. Saying that blacks shouldn’t be scientists because of innate traits is something that is condemned by nearly everyone (and should be.) Why then is it ok to do so in game?

I find it odd that a game company and individuals that are so quick to ban people over words are still clinging to the very concepts that create racism.

I agree with you, and I’m glad that modern fantasy is moving away from the whole “dwarves get +2 Stam, elves get +2 Dex” trope.

To be fair, the entire premise of WoW is “Orcs vs Humans”, in other words, a race war. It’s not a modern fantasy world, it’s a decades old fantasy world, and it needs to get better.

When everyone can be everything and function the same, there is no diversity. Especially when quite a few class/race combos make no sense in any context.

We are an individual and part of the race we play. No self respecting Mag’har orc or LFD would be a Warlock, Void elfs and Forsaken wouldn’t realistically be able to be Paladins.

Having every race function the same would be homogenising.

No. It’s not. Never was, never will be.

The time for the tauron rogues that have been in stealth for all these years to finally ambush us is here! The hidden cow level will be a cheap shot surely, but I am sure we can weather this stunning development.
