Oh I agree, honestly I’ve not even logged into classic yet. I played during vanilla so I’ve been there and done that. But if Blizzard ever made a “Classic” type experience for WotLK, then I would probably be all over it! Wrath was my favorite expansion by far.
I played to level 27 on a warlock and it’s all I could take, and end game sounded really bad with shadow bolt spam so I quit.
Wrath would definitely bring me back though.
I don’t know if I would have been Happier, those Broken Promise swords looked pretty darn sweet on my back. And this was before Transmog was a thing, so looking cool was important!

they still have souls like every other undead:
The souls of the undead (Forsaken, PC death knights, ghouls, etc.) are imperfectly attached to their bodies; the dark magic that sustains them is a buffer that prevents their souls from properly joining with their bodies
had don’t mean they can’t have or its not possible, its just a mechanic limitation.

We do not manipulate souls.
we do when we control the death, we manipulate their souls, we rise corpse and put back their souls there, even when we raise an ally we manipulate his soul.
Soul manipulation and Death magic is the foundation of necromancy and Death knights are current the thing more close to a true necromancer.
What soul? The ones locked in the shadowlands?

Stealing souls would be considered manipulation of said soul in some form right? Otherwise to avoid any form of manipulation would be to not bother the soul at all. If 2 handed frost returns we dont have to even worry about this stuff anymore.
What exactly does what Frostmourne did have anything to do what 2h Frost would do? Which is the exact same thing we see with DW because it wouldnt fix the actual issue that people who think 2h would fix it. All it would do is satisfy peoples want to look a certain way.
Yes, Frostmourne did unholy stuff, it has absolutely no bearing on anything in terms of 2h gameplay. Again, all that 2h would need to address is the differences between DW and 2h and why DW was pulling better dps numbers. Weapon damage is no more so you wont be seeing these massive 2h hits like you did in WoD. That would have to come in with balance and overall spec design.
Again, I have no clue what your post is even trying to say, its talking about soul manipulation and 2h frost… what are you trying to say?

I believe this stemmed from a couple nay sayers babbling about why Frostmourne has nothing to do with a 2 handed frost dk. Seygfreyd tried to justify it and other good points were made. But you insist on talking in circles about no way in hell any of that is possible. Fact is its not written anywhere what dk spec Arthas was in or what presence and talent build he had going at the end of wrath. Maybe with all of his health he was in fact a blood dk? Is that possible? What i do know is that he did not dual wield. He held Frostmourne. Not twin boytoy blades. What more reason do you need to have 2 hand available to all specs? The wrath dk is modeled after Arthas. Im not an encyclopedia of wow lore but i also seem to remember the wrath model dks are supposed to be re animated Paladins. And paladins dont dual wield. The plaguelands quest with Gidwin goldbraids and his buddy there…both paladins. Almost became death knights. Im driving myself to the vodka early tonight because im trying to explain little things over and over but you want to keep arguing nonsense.

Arthas was not any one spec, Frostmourne has nothing to do with 2h Frost, Seygfreyd had no points what so ever than yelling that im anti-2h (which im not).
He doesnt have to dual wield, he is not the sole lore character of death knights, get over it. You might like him, hes a cool character, but there are other lore Death Knights in the game. Why is your opinion so important that it should go over others? Hmm?
And you know what, the way I was suggesting 2h to come back was to change how DW works, but I dont think it should happen anymore. Just give you guys transmog and fix the spec.
