Reroll on Blameux - if youâre interested in âfair faction balanceâ that seems to be the most equal server. Or, take a break if you feel you cannot re-roll. Battlegrounds will be out soon and there will be less deathsquads roaming around cuz theyâll all be in BGâs
Thanks, I think I will try that server. I mean, I absolutely love pvp. Itâs the only reason Iâm here. So, if thereâs at least semi-balanced server then Iâll just switch now lol. Thanks again for the heads up.
That wasnât my quote. Also, there were very different systems in place on live whereas there was only rudimentary ones on Classic - and Blizzard had a fresh slate that they could have used to prevent this problem.
What a stupid suggestion.
If it was predicted and if Blizzard knew, then why wouldnât they step in to prevent that problem? Itâd be the far more intelligent economoical decision. And theyâve already had a plethora of changes.
Faction specific queues like weâve suggested.
Weâve gone over this. I donât want to be forced to jump ship (and given every PvP server is this bad, including Heartseeker, I donât think I would have found a home) because of Blizzardâs failure.
Then what the hell is even the point of you arguing with me? Faction specific queues was the primary suggestion I agreed with.
Faction specific queues arenât enough on their own.
They really just mean it makes the horde zerg take 15 minutes or an hour more to get in and then youâre right back where you are now, just 1 hour later.
It has to be faction locked character creation AND majority queues.
Honestly if I wasnât so invested I may have given it a shot. Iâm banking on it dying down before BGs are released, but itâs possible it wonât. Iâll be playing other games and leveling a Horde instead.
Iâll probably actually go to Blameux on it, now I think about it.
I fail to understand why anyone thinks that if they are on a server with a 50-50 faction ratio they wonât be ganged up on by groups of players of the opposite faction. Thereâs no requirement that any one help or group up with any one else. Short of the entire server population attacking each other simultaneously, what does faction imbalance have to do with anything?
Retail was given to us by catering to the lowest common denominator of the game. VS leaving a good game the way the game was.
Catering to this QQ fest FOUR DAYS after honor was released is going to heave an ultimately massive hit to blizzards integrity about leaving the game alone as it was.
We all agreed, when we signed up for thisâŚ
Warts and All. Remember?
When they said âyou think you do but you dont?â
Well. The most of us knew what we wanted. And what we were signing up for.
I dont want another version of retail where they âbalanceâ everything around the sheep who bleat the loudest.
thats what gave us retail. Not what weâre seeing now.
Sheep. Crying because its -NOT FAIR- in THEIR eyes as to how they envision the game.
Itâs bound to happen, but itâs not going to be literally every waking moment on a server. Thatâs the issue - if you go to any contested zone, youâre going to be camped by 3-5+ Horde.
Do you even play on a PvP server? Do you understand the issue?
you could have done this back in august. or september. well before you had hundreds of hours in. blizzard warned you it would be bad back in august. you ignored it. you could have taken their advice.
is the only acceptable answer, but even that wouldnât be enough.
Mages donât tend to do well against Warlocks, but Iâll actually enjoy it. 10v10 and the like is a lot more fun. Thatâs my problem with the server populations.
Again - I didnât anticipate the problem would be this bad. Iâve said that plenty of times.
Oh, itâd help - while it wouldnât be perfect, the more the population gap the more the discrepancy in queues, as they can spread out the reduced time from one Alliance (or Horde for Heartseeker) to many Horde.
We might still have issues with being unable to do much in game, but itâll be lessened somewhat and we wonât wait 1-2 hours in queue for it.
