but how when it doesnt effect those who do like it.
That’s not strong logic because that can be argued with any change. Imagine a holy warlock. (Yellow spell effects.) Various light elementals instead of demons.
Just an additional customization.
Wow would become a visual mess.
As long as anything is optional and doesn’t affect anyone that currently plays the class, therefore, it should be implemented. /s
I find that evokers being dracthyr in combat is something to preserve.
Because some people do not like X, but want to play X, is not a reason to change X.
X also has its own fan base that prefers the current implementation.
Argue for new consumables (the new glamours to not have a coooldown.)

My main complaint of dracthyr being too skinny would be solved if we got transmogable gear on them. Plate would add some bulk much needed bulk

Look, I completely agree that nor having armor mog is kinda sad, it’s a big part of the fantasy but it makes no sense to toggle visage form for combat, same as for worgens. They’re identical to any humanoids in the game while in visage form, why not make a Blood/Void elf if that’s what u want y’know? I’d ask for things that they COULD think about giving us, they made the automatic out of combat for that reason.
They should 10000% give us the bulky dracthyr model as an option, it’s such a waste of a cool model and could’ve been like so creative. Idk why they do that, it’s the same as the Kul’tiran, they’re mostly famous for being big and bulky but they had a very particular model, a more skinny kind, and they never added it to game because…? Like, there’s skinny humans out there but u can just be buff or XL, they already have the models and animations in the game too so I don’t see why not.

There it is. the “Offbrand Mage” excuse. We have priests, warlocks, shamans, and druids, all with their own take on a “mage” per se. This should be no different for Dracthyr.

I love how everything you disagree with is an “excuse” and you just dismiss it. And then complain that those who disagree with you don’t have any substance in their arguments

I would be fine with detaching evoker from dracthyr if - the game radically changed. Like imagine if you can pick three specs from any class, and that could form the basis of your character.
WOW would be fundamentally different, probably closer to FFXIV.
How often do players like all the specs their class has?
It doesn’t make sense to play a dragon class as a non-dragon.
But it is very different scenario here. You don’t learn to be evoker, the dracthyr just are. The only way to give evoker to other races is to make those races turn into dracthyr. You might not like that but that’s just their identity.
Now… if Blizzard wanted to rewrite the lore and give us a better dragon-themed class (preferably with a melee spec) and give you your “offbrand mage excuse”, then i’d be okay with that.

I am just restating what I said in the initial post. I don’t even complain about people that don’t agree. I am just trying to make what you guys say make sense. You are the ones that are making excuses about adding more customizations and different ways to look. I am just wondering why, and it always boils down to the same things.
If you want a real “complaint” I will just say that you guys act like Blizzard bootlickers and the moment they add permanent visage or transmog to Dracthyr, you are all going to be so happy and cheering that Blizzard added something nice again. Been this way since Vanilla and it will be that way for the next 20 years.
No, I did not like pathfinder, and I still do not like pathfinder.
Clearly not what we are saying makes sense. Those who do not like evoker are trying to change evoker from what it is to another thing. We do not want that. Therefore we are disagreeing with them. Like how is this “not making sense”
We’ve made no excuses but explain the reality of the situation. If you want to play evoker you have to be a dragon full stop. If you can’t get over that then there are other casters for you.
So because our opinion happens to align with blizzard, the same opinion we have held for months btw, we are bootlickers. Makes total sense /s. We have all conceded that blizz can do better with transmog and barber shop, as long as you have to be in dragon form while being an evoker and doing draconic magic. How is acknowledging blizz’s shortcomings bootlicking? Is it because we don’t have the same opinion as you and done want to have perma visage? It’s probably the second for you to be honest.
I would love if I could play all of evoker and then also snag Fdk and prot warrior. I do wish that we could entirely skip gear for alts if we had that ilvl on main.
Like oh you got a myth 6/6 piece on main send a myth 1/6 to alt with random stats to all characters in that slot. Warband gear is close but you can’t choose armor type or anything.
I’m willing to bet one thousand American dollars that I play an evoker.
I’d bet an extra thousand that mine has accomplished more than yours (extra irony points for not posting on an evoker either).
I like winning easy money, let me know if you want to actually set this up.
If you think these are the only two constant requests/complaints I worry that you don’t know how many “two” actually is.

You’re literally replying to me on a monk bud. Edit: Not only that, a BOOSTED monk. Holy braincells.
Wow I love when whiners get pedantic. Of COURSE there’s been more than literally just two- holy christ this community loves the flavor of rocks.
Despite early access and 2 weeks of pre-raid nothingness evoker is the only character I levelled and will be maining it for this tier.
Why does it matter what character they reply from? Are you that dumb to think it actually matters?

They said the exact same thing to me, that I was posting on a rogue/not my evoker.
That’s why I pointed out they were replying to me on a monk. You’re both stupid.

I missed that my bad, but besides that point I only play on my evoker so idk why you think we dont

Uh, I’m playing an Evoker, and I definitely believe that the dragon class should have the requirement of a dragon form.
That said, I support them expanding armor options for dracthyr form. It’s weird that even dracthyr tier armor doesn’t work with the dracthyr body.

I see more evokers in dragon form than visage. I don’t use visage myself either. I went out of my way to customize it, but I don’t use it.

I’m on Sargeras. 99% of the evokers are in dragon form.
