Haha you got sat tf down.
Know your role, MVP
I appreciate that and I feel you raise some very valid concerns in your post. I appreciate you making your feelings on the matter known as well as your kind words.
I appreciate it, see yāall in Azeroth
Honestly, itās been a while coming. It wasnāt a snap decision. I see no reason to hold the green text title if it is nothing more than just a badge to wear. Honestly, MVPās are just suppose to be exemplary posters but I suppose I had the ulterior goal of trying to get sight on āthe little guysā posts. RPers, transmoggers, race fans, etc. The key word being try. So many different people and views play this game and sure their playstyles and wantās may not be the most frequent or engaged topics but their voices deserved to be heard too and I guess the selfish side of me wanted to try and do everything I could to direct some attention that way haha.
It is what it is though and donāt feel bad, itās okay Things happen, thingās donāt always work the way ya hope they do ya know? Iāll move on to different things and hope the Community Council shows some fruit. They are seemingly getting more acknowledgement from Ion and the Devs than MVPās did haha.
Awww, that means a lot. Thank you Itās okay, I will still be around and maybe I will apply to the Community Council at some point. Thank you for the kind words.
Well I am glad you remember things that way haha. I tried to be level headed and well thought out.
Haha, you crack me up. Thanks Trust, I will do my best hehe.
Itās greatly appreciated, here is hoping that the Dracāthyr end up being what people hope for. Worgen changed quite a bit between Alpha and Release so who knows what could come.
Haha, I appreciate it, but I have been thinking about this for a while now. I might try for the Community Council one day but for now I think I will go the way of Snowfox (though not as legendary or memorable by any margin)
I appreciate it but it was honestly time.
Itās okay, I will still be around, and thankfully without posts like the following following me around wherever I post
Definitely not going to miss these.
Yeah, absolutely. Ill toss ya a mail some time
literally who are you?
Havenāt heard that name in a long time.
I was a member of the North American MVP Program. The folks with the green text on the forums. Though Gold seems to be all the rage now in days with the Community Council. Today I stepped down from that community position.
Uh, Okayā¦?
It is a shame as, like you said, very few seem to take up the smaller issues and when they do it is always brushed off as unimportant.
Thank you for your time and support.
GD forum posters donāt be toxic challenge (IMPOSSIBLE!)
All seriousness sorry to see you go! Iād almost say your voice is needed now more than ever. Thanks for your contributions and best of luck on what you decide to do next
ive literally never seen a post you have made.
Eh. No worse than placing a bird mouth part on a human
Canāt I be the Ed Gein of birds?
And Iām very disappointed in Blizz - Iāve yet to find an adequate head mog with a beak.
FWIW, you were a good mvp. Have fun ingame.
Iāll be honest, not exactly sure who you are - though vaguely remember this character name. I do want to thank you.
Thanks for doing and trying. You sound kind and smart, but I know behind the scenes forum can get tricky. Thanks for putting in the time for us. Looking forward to enjoying the Dragon Isleās. Have fun!
itās too bad youāre stepping down. you were one of the best mvpās since the beginning.
This is going to sound horrible, but am I the only one who doesnāt recognize the OP?
Were you MVP in a specific forum? Maybe thatās why? Or have I just been horrifically unobservant?
Happens to gold text too lol.
ā¦are you a Goblin in disguise?
Can i at least give you a pet before you officially sign your MVP retirement papers?
Hes been MVP for awhile now, at least since BFA if I remember correctly. Might have been even some time in Legion.
I guess not everyone keeps up with MVPs but I at least knew Byuck was one because he was in one of the better guilds on my old server cluster.
Hereās the thing about MVPs:
The more unrecognizable they are, the better they are. If you donāt recognize a name, itās probably because there was no reason for you to.
He was really helpful a lot and was good to people. At some point he changed classes too and the interaction we had with him being jokey about it was one of my favorite memories from the forums. You likely donāt remember him as he wasnāt a lighting rod for drama the way some others were.
