This might be a long shot here but I am having a major issue with one of my characters and I have tried submitting tickets both in game and on the website but nothing is showing up in the active tickets section. I could really use someone form customer support could contact me if possible.

I don’t see any recent tickets, Shahini, which usually means you didn’t successfully complete the process.
The final page you are directed to should provide a Ticket ID. If you don’t see that, try scrolling down on the page and see if there is another submit option.
I switched to my demon hunter about 2 hours ago and everything gear bank items were gone except for my gold. This is only happening to my demon hunter all other toons are fine. i tried no mods and deleting the interface/wtf folders and still does not work.
That is a rare issue that can happen. The gear is still, just invisible. It usually will come back in a few hours.
I know people have tried logging out and in a few times. I don’t know if that works, but we’ve seen reports of success after it. This is an extremely elusive bug. Sorry, Shahini.

My realm lists are red incompatible and im unable to uninstall or delete through the Battle.net app nor am i able to uninstall through my comp because it gets blocked by telling me i have to use the Battle.net app. I tried the support option with no luck…I’ll just leave this here. Waiting on you Blizz

Incompatible just means that your game client is out of date with the server build, so you need to download the new patch.
There is currently an issue where some people are having trouble logging in, however. They are unrelated.
I logged out for about an hour and logged back in and everything has returned. thank you.
I have the same issue with the tickets. I try to submit a ticket about one of my characters. I literally type out what my issue is, and then it has me “categorize” my issue which none of the things there are the issue. It is just keeping me going in a circle. What happened to the whole just “submit ticket”. The fact I have to come to a forum instead of just send in a ticket is kinda strange.
My issue is that my warrior that was on Frostmane (which is a server that is no longer around) is no longer on any server. Is he just gone now? I have tried the revive deleted character on every server. Got nothing…
Um, Frostmane still exists and its a high pop server, if you are not seeing it, try listing servers alphabetically
Additionally, there is no longer an option to just submit a ticket because people would ticket in all the time for things that a GM couldn’t help with or just saying “help”. It blew response times out of the water for no reason.
With categories, you can now see what a game master has the ability to help with, so if you have to really stretch to fit it in, odds are high that they won’t be able to assist.
uhhh the server was linked with ner’zhul. And I no longer have a toon on that server but i do on Ner’zhul… oh well I guess just a lost character
Did you even check? Blizzard never deleted any servers, linked servers are what they are, linked servers. Frostmane is the same server as it’s always been.
I have multiple characters on linked servers. They are all still there. If you can’t find your character or the server, it sounds like there’s some other issue going on.
Hello is anyone else having an issue with any of there charters I try to log into my main charter and it tries to load but then it boots me out saying wow51900319, yet it will log in to all my other charters on the same realm and to all my other realms it’s just this one charter I am having issues with
