Is there still a phone number to call to speak with a human CS agent?

First reply was generic, second was a copy/paste of the CoC, third was “Do not talk to me or my son ever again.” Within a 12-24 or so hour period.

As stated many times above, there is nothing you can do to help this. Your friend needs to be handling this themselves. Have them post in this forum, in a new thread, and maybe an SFA can give them insight or even re-send the e-mail. They cannot do anything, based on “this is a friend of mine”.

Three appeals, with the response of the matter is now closed, is pretty clear. There’s a slight chance an SFA can look, but not because you post. THEY need to be the one to ask.

And again, I’m not asking to have it resolved here. Never has that been my intent. I’m discussing ways in which he can attempt a resolution, and providing context for the people interested in helping instead of finger-wagging. :slight_smile:

The ONLY way to have it resolved in the manner you want, is for THEM to post. YOU cannot do anything.

Again, it’s admirable that you want to help, but you simply CANNOT. Tell them there’s a chance they can get the info they need in here, but THEY need to post, not you.

All the useful info we can offer is ‘Appeal until they say to stop’. And seeing as they did, that’s all the info we can offer a 3rd party.

With the slight possibility that if THEY post in here, MAYBE an SFA (Vrak, Orylia, etc) can take a look for them, and give them some general info about the account action or have the e-mail resent.

But again, they cannot do that through a third party. :slight_smile:
