There is, they’re not there for for just anything and everyone. If you’re not given the buttons to us that, then they’re unable to help with your issue.

You might want to let us know what the issue is, then we can point you to the right direction.

I’m not sure that there’s no coverage at all, but with the situation in the world right now and game masters working from home, those options do currently have limited availability, and won’t be available at all depending on your reason for reaching out to them.

I’m afraid not, Phazarx. Due to an increase in player contact and the fact that we’re all working from home with the Covid-19 situation, live chat and the callback option are not currently available.

It is also important to understand that as a result of the increase in folks spending time online, returning to the game, or picking it up for the first time, contacts are much higher and therefore response times are too. Our staff is working to get to everyone as quickly as possible, so that all methods of contact can be made available again.

If you can give us an idea of what your issue is, Phazarx, we may be able to better direct you. If you have a ticket in, a Game Master will help you as soon as they can.

I’m going to close this thread but feel free to open a new thread if you need to.

I don’t know, maybe a touch of reality. That since we don’t outsource our support that it is not realistic to think that we can magically produce more staff to immediately deal with what really is a temporary influx of player contacts. That perhaps, given the situation that world, certain folks wouldn’t use it as an opportunity to spout their tired narrative.
