Why does this still need to be a Bepples and Toxi comedey hour? Like to hear from some other people. Like those who actually still enjoy playing not just stalking the forums.

Then why bother wasted time on one player? Especially when they put you on ignore. I think you maybe be a bit obsessed with Bepples.

- He reads what I say, he just wont engage once I told him I could get his discord info.
- He stalks me on social media outside of here as he comments on my post.
- He picked a fight, got stupid about it and then tried to hide.
- As for 5, I wouldn’t say I’m obsessed. Just enjoy coming here to read literally anything about what other hunters want before it somehow always comes back to RSV and how he will never get her to call him back. The fact a lot of people here encourage him to be a colossal spaz is alarming. Like, I actually start to worry about peoples mentality here. So much larping, crying, ego, and stupidity. Kind of hard not to poke fun at these kinds of people.
Cant wait to see the random nobody’s from “EU” come in trying to do damage control. Its always the best part to see a lvl 10 alt play pretend as well.
You can get thier discord info, you hunt them down on the forums, and are jealous of thier fame.

On the topic of Discord info, I wonder if people know that most of us on this subforum are also on Trueshot Lodge using similar names so it’s trivial to find the Discord profile of many posters here. It’s not like this stuff never gets taken to Discord this way. Here’s Scabber giving me their 2 cents:
I don’t like Discord conversations for this because they’re private. If you’re going to have this discussion have it in the open. The #1 rule of any online discussion is that neither of the people arguing will be convinced to the other side in >99% of cases. It’s about convincing the reader. If there’s no reader, there’s 0 purpose to the discussion.
There’s especially 0 purpose to the discussion when it’s someone like Metroid/Toxiktraktor. I’ve made it clear that I won’t discuss with someone who can’t decide which of their opinions are real and which are “joking”. What’s there to gain with debating with someone who doesn’t have any principles or sincere beliefs whatsoever?
Recap: Metroid said repeatedly across a number of his videos on his channel that Survival was not a ranged spec in Classic and BC before abruptly changing his stance and said it was always a melee spec. When confronted he came up with all sorts of defenses before settling on “all those videos were satire” (people can check for themselves in the videos below if they come across as satirical). If to him any opinion or statement can be dismissed as “just a joke” what’s to say any of what he posts now is sincere and not just more “satire”? I only talk to people who are sincere in their positions and evidently Metroid can’t make up his mind on that, so he stays on ignore.

- “Survival was never about being a melee spec. It was all pretty much getting the hell out of there.”
- “As I’ve said before, this is not an actual melee spec. A lot of people want to believe it is but it’s not.”
- “You’re not necessarily a melee spec. I don’t care what anybody says. You’re still a ranged spec. You’ll always be a ranged spec playing a Hunter.”
- “It was never really a melee spec no matter what anybody says.”

While I definitely think this position has merit, the difference between a good argument and choir-focused apologetics is the ability to sway your opponent. You’ve made a lot of good arguments over the past few years, I wouldn’t necessarily consider those to be exclusively your most liked comments.

SV is A LOT of fun, problem is for me it just feels clunky in that it is a 100% hybrid spec. Which is a curse and a blessing. I don’t feel overly strong at ranged or in melee. But diving in and out of melee, dropping bombs and traps, etc., is fun.

Ok guys, the thread ran its course. In conclusion: Survival is a lot of fun and the most fun hunter spec and MSV is awesome and here to stay!
