Those players in the AB premade that had to defend based are not doing that every game. The defenders get rotated so everyone gets kill honor, or maybe someone needs to go to the bathroom.

Farming AV in classic was not a possibility, I tried 
As horde, queues were mega long and games were mega long too (40 min was pretty much the standard), as ally you were lucky to even get past stone heart GY. Every game was clash at stone heart gy, and then clash at SHB, clash at Stormpike, clash at the bridge…
On era, before the change there wasn’t even any AV queues? Som IDK I’ll defer to Laz.
False I literally know people, on my real ID who farmed rank 14 PURELY in AV. It 100% was possible and I know that for an actual fact.

I would farm DM between AV queues and there was no shot, as a horde player anyway, that I could farm AV past like rank 8 in like P3/P4 onwards, on my average-sized server.
Getting at least rank 10 was like the defacto recommendation to new 60s on my server because it was so easy to do (in AV), yes, in Classic 2019.

My point is that r14 still requires effort post change, and much of the things being whined about were identical pre-change. Was it made easier? Yes, I’d say that’s objectively so, but all the ways it was made easier are good things.
As I tried to help him realize, he has substituted making a logical point with an illogical fallacy.

That you lack sufficient reading comprehension to interpret a point does not mean a point isn’t being made.
Being friendly = having social skills and adding something of value to the community of the game.
Having friendly people around is quite important for a quality MMORPG even if they aren’t the best as players. Yeah if they don’t improve they probably won’t be permanently on top premades but they are still great for an MMORPG and if they get carried a bit when no one else is online who cares? They are fun to be around and that’s enough.
I find it honestly sad that you refuse to see what I mean by any of this.
Defending isn’t doing nothing. It’s part of AB. AFKing and not calling out things will get you kicked. A lot of those players would probably rather be getting HKs but they defend to help the team out.
I’m coping by not playing Era or ranking anymore. I just like the forums so I like to share my opinion here.
Ranking is easier now yes.
That doesn’t change the fact that the brain dead aspects can be accounted for
R14 was called a brain dead errand even before this change so what exactly do you need the system to do at this point? Ascend beyond what it both is now and what it used to be?
