Is anyone having issues launching their game?

No luck with disabling every startup app I have. Unfortunately all the error logs are in the bottom of the link that isn’t working/flagged for mod as well.

Well, you have the file on your computer. You can review all the errors on your own until the link is live. Just check the dates. They are NOT in chronological order all the way to the bottom.

Also, try what I said above?

This isn’t a pc issue.
It can’t be such a large number of people here and on reddit complaining about this.

It worked one day and all of us on the same day it now doesn’t

How do we request a refund for the war with in?

Well, it is because some players are launching with no problems (myself included), and some are also reporting that one PC in their house works and another doesn’t. So I’m trying to do productive things like comparing software everyone is running.

Ticket system.

Doing a display driver uninstall and reinstall (w/ DDU). Will report back after as well.

Was referring to this:

But that’s good too.

My Lenovo 14” business laptop is running it……

Installed latest drivers. Disabled all startup apps. Disabled hardware acceleration. Even deleted CurseForge, even though I don’t use Overwolf for it. Still the same result.

Thank you for proving my point.

Yes, we’ve been dealing with this for 3 plus days, We’ve done all the tech support, YouTube, disabled and enabled, updates, cache clears, uninstall reinstall, scans you name it.

My pc hasn’t been this deeply touched in its whole life.

attempted a full clear of the nvidia drivers, no luck with that either. My 10y/o laptop is currently running the game without having done any kind of updates and such. Hopefully tindy prog doesn’t start this thing on fire while I figure out a fix on the main pc.

Just tried both of these and still the same results.

Yep, the laptop I haven’t updated battle net runs it fine

I disabled all startup drivers, uninstalled all MSI bloatware, and Nahimic programs, tried and still hangs.

I tried startup mode and used the TAB key and arrows to navigate explorer and open up battlenet and run wow. Unfortunately wow said I didnt have a 3d accelerated graphics card so I couldn’t see if it would run in safe mode.

At this point all thats left is a clean install of windows. Maybe keep my files. But I doubt that will fix it. The thrre people that posted the DXDIAG and MSINFO have RTX 3000 series graphics cards. I suspect that.

Can everyone JUST post what graphics cards they are using please?

I have already given this a try with no success, just incase you don’t feel like going through that headache.

Well it’s looking like I’ll be joining the unsub and requesting a refund on war with in.

does your PC have an Nvidia RTX gpraphics card?

Nope.
I don’t think it has anything to do with the graphics card as the graphics card issues in the past was fixed with -d3d11

hmmm interesting. I saw that d3d11 fix for AMD based graphics cards, didnt think it was relevant to me. So what graphics card do you have?
