Is 200 ilvl good?

Yeah TBC classic will do a good job of getting people back to the natural gear progression of Normals to heroics and raiding with PvP gear having a single set with PvP stats and in later seasons an honor set which is just the previous ones rated set.

Much better than the 22 levels of progression listed by OP.

I have it already. I regularly time 14s and 15s and easily pushed 1800 RBGs. The difference between me and you is that I’m cool with casual players having a progression path to the same ilvls of gear over the course of a tier. Adding valor back is a good start but they could easily let anyone upgrade to max ilvl for a higher currency cost. Make WQs a source of valor with a weekly cap and the difference between the elites and casuals can just be how fast one is able to achieve max lvl gear in all slots.

200-203 is right in the middle. Should be sweet spot for most people or “good”. 210 is great. 220 is amazeballs. 226…a girl can dream.

200 is equal to blue gear in wrath…

Bad comparison is bad

My tank is just under 204. I think most of my guild is sitting around 198-210 (just 1 or 2 players that high). I’d say 200 is above ‘average’ considering how awful gearing is right now.

Also worth noting that legendaries do a good amount to skew players higher than they actually are right now.

What are you talking about? M+8 and 9 give 216. M+10 gives 220.

200 is what you get when you do a 2s every week. So no it is not impressive.

Til normal raid gear was blue gear in wrath

Herioc raid equals to wrath normal. Mythic raid equal to herioc wrath raid. I dont get why we need 4 version of same raid, in beginning there is only 1 version. LFR is literally story mode, the gear inside is basically trash now

That certainly puts things into perspective. I see alot of people in the 217 bracket doing Torghast and TC. Interesting.

200 was Naxx10m and reputation and hc dungeon epic drops.

187 was blues.

That’s not the argument though.

200 is normal raid mode in Shadowlands.

You have to respect players like you who have the facts and memory to set things straight

After 7 years of playing Wotlk, I’d be ashamed if I didn’t remember. :kissing_heart:

You wouldnt totally get destroyed in blues in early wrath. You get totally destroyed in 200 ilvl, it seems right to me.

Can someone else confirm this? My hunter’s ilvl is 203 and has maxed renown. Never seen anything above 194 WQs.

Wq never goes above 197, but there is like 5% chance you can get gear in calling. Very small chance

Now post this from your main you brave soul.

I agree with this 100%. It would make the game more enjoyable for casual players and undoubtedly create a larger player base.

200-205 or below is the new low item level. Most people were already 200-205 when Castle Nathria was released.

210+ is the new average gear.

220+ is the new meaty.

You’re still small, OP. You need to put some meat as the bodybuilders say.

Eh 200 is fine, I have yet to reach that mark.
