Ion doesnt think people will be declined from pugs due to choices they make

Why though? What did they do to you? There are genuinely interesting and cool people, good communities etc. Preach not be that, but they do exist.

You can get CE without being super min/maxed, but it comes down to if you’re looking to rank as a guild or not.

Guarantee there will be an addon for it.

Its not so much the streamer, its the format. I would rather read it than to watch it in a video.

That makes sense.

I bet raider io will integrate it.

I agree that’s his idea, but it’s neither sound nor based in reality. When you’re inviting people to a pickup group, you’re looking for what they can do for you; you’re not treating them like a charity case.

I hope this idea of creating to somehow counter balance pug behavior won’t become the norm because that’s a totally unchangeable thing based on player preference for said group.

Pugs should not be their main gauge whether a system works or not.

We’ll see how this all plays out but I too doubt your covenant choice won’t somehow result in this sort of thing happening.

There are skips in WCM with the obelisk you can do, you can skip a lot of the cellar as well as long as you get % upstairs. You can even just play the Spider mini-boss on Gorak Tul so you don’t have to do that obelisk.

Good thing you can just group up w/ guildies then. Or make friends in a MMO

I admit I haven’t m+'d since season two (we quit raiding in uldir and M+ around season 2 and still haven’t come back) but I remember pulling everything in our paths and being at the last boss with like 98%

I just don’t skip though, I don’t find skipping fun, I pull everything in the path.

Interesting since the 100% crit is tops for fire. Of course people are free to choose whom ever they want, and can scrutinize to their heart’s content. However, I’ve never been asked for my talents, azerite, essences, or corruptions. Why would covenants be different? Io score and ilvl are king.

It’s almost like he never pugs and only plays with his group of friends in his own little bubble.

I dont even run the content and I know it’ll happen based solely on what I read in here.
Ion clearly doesnt play this game much as a no name nobody to know what its like

It doesn’t happen. How can you have such a strong opinion of something you know nothing about?

TBF, why would anyone WANT to pug. It’s a crazy place that group finder tool.

Most people I hear doing it don’t have another choice.

Because some of us like to play the game on our own time, one that is not based around if your friend has logged in for the day or not.

But it’s such a mess, people leave M+, the constant cycle of finding people for raids and people drop out. I just find it crazy that anyone would WANT that.
