Is that a thing? Somehow it doesn’t surprise me. I guess lay the bombs a little bit away from the gate from now on I guess.
Wish I knew that when I was disarming bombs for the meta achievement. Took a totally inept NE warrior for me to complete that.

Managed to win IOC last night … allaince can’t use Glaives anymore or the allaince group I played did not know about the trick ?
I remember when ioc first came out and the bombs in your inventory didn’t expire or disappear when you dropped them. I would jump in from the hangar or docks catapult, go up the stairs and drop down ontop of the gate. Then repeatedly drop bombs and never get hit or worry about them getting defused.
So is that crap fixed for sure now? If so did they say that they actually fixed it?
That was fixed awhile ago.
Just played IOC, Horde had Alliance boss down to 5% health, then alliance knocked down Horde gate, 30 seconds latter Alliance wins and no, the dps of the Alliance was not that good ![:wink:](https://d38bqls1q93fod.cloudfront.net/en/wow/images/emoji/twitter/wink.png?v=6" ":wink:")
yeah similar situation last night. We had the gate down and had the boss around 50% then our gate goes down and seconds later they won because most of us were too busy trying to take down the boss. I was one of the few in the area but I got killed hitting the glaive by its escort of 10 players.
Well then, it’s working like a wall then. Most walls would collapse under the pressure of a cannon, assuming glaive throwers have similar pressure.
I just saw a glaive salvo take the horde boss from 100-dead in probably 5 seconds. It was dirty but the win felt good.
Were we in the same BG? Because our boss reset and we still killed him way too fast and won.
I think I was in the same one , I tried to get behind the Glaive and hit it as the escorts were in front but they doubled back and stomped me . That BG is so unfair , alliance should never lose it .
When they will fix this? I’m avoiding play epic battlegrounds because of this.
Unacceptable to stay so long with this exploit in a paid game.
Probably not… nowadays I play allaince more as merc so I don’t care , lol.
Always try to do my last BG as a horde before I sign off though .

Gate went down and less than 10 seconds later game was over.
Finally…
So blade salvo with glaives were the only thing killling the horde boss. I can confirm demos can kill him now. He does in less than five seconds with demos only as horde held the docks and they had glaives in the alliance base.
Dunno if they tried to hotfix it today but it seems like they reversed it.

Dunno what’s going on in that BG but it’s frustrating for everybody, winners included.
