Just put my family on Cricket wireless unlimited family plan and blizzard account management, as well as mobile authenticator will not accept my phone number. It is not prepaid, and neither of the 2 other suggestions given in blizzards “help” thing apply.
Does blizzard just not accept numbers from cricket wireless for some reason or is this a bug?

Are you getting any specific error messages on the number? I know not all #s can do it. You could pop in a ticket an ask, but I’m not sure if the system isn’t allowing it we’d have a lot more information. It isn’t being used already on another account is it?
The entire error is “Invalid phone number”. I ported this number from Tello because I setup a temporary cheap plan while we moved. I guess it could be possible that in blizzards system it is still linked to Tello. Also I have only had this number for a few weeks so I suppose its possible someone had it linked to their account before I got it.
That is actually the most likely scenario - yes. If it was recently ineligible, it is probably still on that list. Not sure anything can really be done about that, other than wait for it to update.
