Introducing Two New Events: Xy’mox’s Charity Cache and Solo Shuffle Showdown!

I don’t recall people asking for events just for the high profile players…

Somebody has lost the plot at the office.

As my shadow priest artefact weapon once told me:

“Boring.”

honestly though, real life sports has alot more strategy in it. These esports do tend to have everyone playing the same compositions and using the same strats, so its not really very creative. I mean i guess swimming or running is pretty much the only sports that have people doing the exact same thing - at least that i can think of on the spot

Another thing to note, football and pretty much every other sport is pvp, the teams are actively pitted against each other trying to actively overcome the other team. Unless this new pve esport has 1 team playing the npcs with the other trying to clear them, then its not even comparable

Click bait. I thought blizz had events for players. Nope it’s an event for players to watch? Sadge.

Gonna make a prediction that some scummy rogue team will win the shuffle. That class is so disgustingly broken.

Right with you. Especially a game like WoW where everyone is zoomed way the hell out and a billion things are happening on screen. They must be watching for the commentary I guess because events on the screen itself are very hard to actually track.

At least games like street fighter, mk, and even some shooters, you can actually track what’s happening easily.

Never been a fan of watching a person do an activity in general, even sports. I’d much rather play some ball than watch other people play, even really good players. Baffles my friends because they don’t ever want to actually play… but will drop so much cash on going to games.

To each their own though, everyone’s got a thing.

Blizz still trying to make their e-sports happen. Like please just stop it’s embarrassing.

I went back to see if I could flag the op as trolling and click bait …. Nope.

Which is absolutely crazy because giant prize pools generate insane amounts of hype outside of the games audience. It would’ve been a huge PR boost.

I have none, I like to play the game myself instead of watching others.

What I really want is new content for me to play.

These both look very interesting, I’ll be watching them.

Try actually learning reading comprehension. It is a charity event to hell those in need. You are so self centered.

By definition all outdoor content is casual and by the very definition all casual players are bad. So to make holiday events hard would be a horrible.

It’s a marketing scheme guised as a charity to pump up their Esports. Blizzard could have literally done just about anything else for charity, preferably ones that actually engage the community.

Try being a bit more critical about what you’re reading.

You do know that a massive amount of the community watches the races, and esports. It is a HUGE pull. Way more than you think.

They do not need to pump up anything, it is already super successful. They are using esports to pump up the charities, without the spectical of the world first guilds, I can 100% garuantee you no one would care.

Try actually knowing what you are talking about.
