Frustrating stuff, finally gave up and put in a ticket and now googled it. Probs shoulda done the ticket straight away
I think the issue here is you are on a Korean Battlenet account.

Orlyia means the region your whole Battlenet account is set to. Not the individual game license.

Apparently, you’ve got your address or something set to Korea, or Orlyia wouldn’t have said what she said. You can be playing on a NA license, but if your information and such is based on a different locale, you will run into limitations on what can be purchased.

Apparently it is, because as I pointed out - Orlyia wouldn’t have made the observation she did if there wasn’t something she could see on the Blizzard side of things. Just pulling
out of the air doesn’t happen without there being some reason for it. If you do not live or have ever lived in Korea, this may be something you want to submit a ticket for to have looked into? If there is some behind the scene setting clicked in, obviously you’re going to run into this issue.
- You cannot purchase a WoW Token for gold if you have a WoW Token that was purchased with real money on your account.
That is the only thing I see that may be an issue, Sweatyneko.
You are welcome to put in a ticket to have a GM look into this further - but if that IS the reason, regions on battlenets can’t just be switched.

Hello I have the same issue here. Already open a ticket 11 hours ago and no response yet. I tried reset the user interface and still not working. Should I uninstall and reinstall the game ?
If you’ve reset the UI properly as outlined above, then uninstalling and reinstalling the game won’t do anything either.
Does the address/country of origin match the license of your game?
Yep, It’s match
You may have to wait until the morning when our SFAs return to the office. Perhaps there is something on their side of things that they can see that you cannot, sort of like the person just above you who was showing something odd.
