Is it going to be fixed anytime soon? Wasn’t it just down a few days ago for multiple days? Haven’t been able to access it since 8.2 launched. Wanted to get a token when they were selling for 130k but they’ve tanked 6k in value in the last 3 hours.
I did not buy anything, but it appears to be up and took me to check out when I tried to buy a token, so, is there any errors you are getting on your end?
The in-game shop is working for me. I was able to get to the checkout for a token personally.
Try a Full UI Reset to see if that clears up your issue. It may just be an addon blocking it.
You can also try temporarily disabling any security software or antivirus to make sure that’s not blocking it.
As the others mentioned, Lackless, the shop appears to be up. Since you mentioned the WoW Token, being the in-game shop, I’d try resetting your User Interface as Perl recommended. She also provided a link to the Support Article on it.
I’d also ask what are you seeing when you attempt to access the shop?

I tried disabling my add-ons and then did a Full UI Reset as Perl suggested. I am still having the same issue.
When I click “buy now”, I see “connecting to shop” pop up, then the black window pop up, but it then quickly closes itself and quickly flashes a window that says “Transaction in Progress Your order is being processed. Please check back later.”
Do you have any security programs running? It sounds like something might be blocking the shop, some of the processes access a different connection from the game.
That’s strange. The only thing I have running is my firewall. I tried turning it off temporarily and restarting WoW but I had the same issue.
I know it sounds silly, but try rebooting your machine too. See if that makes the difference. Stuff like this can be difficult to track down. You might need to open a Tech Support ticket too.
That’s unfortunate. The open ticket screen is also blank for me in game. I didn’t have this problem a couple weeks ago. I don’t know what I could have changed on my computer in the time since.

Here’s the thing. I’m having the same problem OP is. None of this was a problem for us until 8.2 launched. The Store worked fine, even with all the addons and programs I had installed. After following all of the suggested directions, it still doesn’t work. After some digging, it seems this problem has happened after patches in the past. I’m guessing if nothing we’re doing on our end is working, we’ll just have to wait for blizzard to hotfix whatever is screwing things up. Kinda frustrating, especially since the other articles i found were a YEAR old.
Just a note - we’ve been getting reports of Razor mice causing issues similar to this as well. Likely a driver, but it seems bypassing it helps. If you use a Razor mouse, might be something to give a go.
I have a Corsair wired in via USB, could that be a problem as well?
Could be, but I’ve not seen that specifically mentioned.
The most common thing we see, as already mentioned, are security programs blocking, but other programs/files can sometimes bump heads as well.
Might be good to post in tech with your specs, equipement, etc., and the exact symptoms you are seeing.
I used the shop Wednesday with no issues at all.
I don’t know if this is significant or not, but I was playing Original Starcraft earlier and noticed the “upgrade to remastered” button on the main screen. I clicked it out of curiosity to see if it worked like WoW’s in game store. Sure enough, it was the same UI, and it worked perfectly. I’m going to test this with other blizzard games and see if it’s just the WoW store that’s busted for me.

If it is the razor issue, don’t use your razor mouse.
I’m not able to buy a wow token either on the in-game shop - it just says “pending” and never goes through.
What steps have you tried so far? Did you try the UI reset? Have you tried disabling any security and antivirus software temporarily to see if those are blocking it?
