In-Game Store

Thanks Perl, I actually did disable my addon UI to use the default one and it showed that my payment method wasn’t updated in the in-game store even though I’ve used it before… it reverted back to the old info- wierd. Tranx went through no problems.

Hello,

I wanted to add to this discussion with some information I felt might be important. I was also having this issue (click on “Purchase Token,” receive black screen, receive WoW message stating that transaction was being processed and check back later, but no purchase processed).

I have both a Razor mouse and a Razor keyboard. Upon reading this thread, I right-clicked on the Razor App in the bottom right corner of my computer taskbar and exited the app. I was then able to complete my purchase for WoW tokens. I did this without any reset, relog, or restart of either the computer, WoW game, or Blizzard app.

It is also worth noting that, after I restarted the Razor App, I had it check for updates, and there was one available. After the update was installed, I was able to purchase a WoW token with the Razor App up and running.

It’s been 2-3 weeks, I still can’t use the store. I’ve tried literally everything, even spent a full day going back and forth with tech support. Can someone just take my money please? haha

Yes, I’ve done EVERYTHING and even sat through 10 hours of CS tickets to no avail.

Have you posted in the Tech Support forum?

Include specific things you have tried. “Everything” means something different to everyone. Include DxDiag with your post in Tech Support.

The tech forum is a good resource, you could also try Live Chat instead of tickets so the trouble-shooting is more in real time.

The black box you are describing is typically a conflict, like with the razor products, or some other software or overlay that is not playing nicely with the game. This can sometimes be security software, etc.

I know all of this has already been conveyed to you through tickets, but I think you may find live chatting beneficial.

Going into task manager and ending the "razer in game engine"process fixed it for me
