In a Time Walking Dungeon when Unfairly Kicked

I was in a Time walking dungeon when one of the bosses controlled our tank lvl 11 twink, that purposely killed the whole team. I said “yeah wipe us all” then I was kicked. I had to wait 30 minutes to be able to queue again. I did nothing wrong, why on earth would I be punished. I really believe I deserve compensation. I take my time seriously.

There is no unjust kick. Anyone can kick for any reason. If the rest of the group agrees, you’re gone, and frankly being a jerk is a pretty solid way to get yourself kicked. So not unjustified.

Kicked from Group for No Reason

Groups are empowered to manage their own members through the vote-kick system. If the majority of the group feels a player should be removed, they can initiate a vote-kick to remove them. The system is entirely under the control of our players. Players may choose to remove any other player from the group for any reason, provided the vote to kick passes.

Customer Support does not provide loot, gold, or quest/achievement progress not gained as a result of being kicked from a group.

Do we sanction anyone for kicking people from a group - for any reason? No, no we do not. They may not like the color of your transmog, doesn’t matter. That isn’t against the rules.

The Vote to Kick system was designed to give players who used Looking for Dungeon/Raid some agency over who they are grouped with. If they have someone in that group that isn’t meshing, for whatever reason or no reason at all, they may choose to remove them.

The Debuff associated with being kicked is an unfortunate result of people abusing that queuing system. There were a couple of scenarios but mostly it ended up with people trying to get kicked out so that they could leave a group without receiving a debuff, which they’d get if they simply left the group on their own.

Customer Support can not provide anything if you are removed from a group, as stated by the Support Article.

How ever, if you wish to provide feedback about the vote-kick system, might I suggest providing that feedback via In-Game or the Dungeons forums?

That would be feedback, suited for either in game, general discussion, or the dungeon forums. However, I will note that it is in no way against the rules to have a level 11 character in a timewalking dungeon, so that report won’t go anywhere but it’s best not to report for that, nor being removed from a group, in the future. Neither are violations of a policy.

There is no ‘uncalled for’ kick from a group. If they don’t like your mog, they can kick you for that. You want to suggest some change, take the advice you were given and go post the feedback. This is not the place for that, and never has been.

As some of the others mentioned, Akola, if you wish to provide feedback about the Vote to Kick system you’ll want to post in one of the Community Forums (Dungeons, Raids & Scenarios being more apt), or submit feedback through the interface option found in the in-game menu under “Support”.

I’m afraid Customer Support has no influence on those system nor can we provide compensation for a system that is considered to be working correctly. It is unfortunate when it happens, but groups are given agency to remove other players they do not wish to be grouped with, for any reason or none.
