Improper WoW Ban for hacks

Dude, you claim is entirely suspect.

Anyhow, you need to wait for your appeal, posting here will nothing, as only Blizzard knows the reason for your suspension, and they are not gonna elaborate.

Everyone said it was sus the last time I was falsely banned too kekw.

Then a mod or whoever commented here they were looking farther into it, then a few hours later I was unbanned.

You got a quote or link for that too?

Unless your a streamer who can organize a lot of people to do this, no it doesn’t, and eventually doing so would be considered abuse of the system and has lead to penalties for doing so.

For the time being, just drop this out of the equation, if you need help on how to appeal thats fine. Otherwise it simply speculation.

This is not in dispute. This is exactly how the response reads:

You are claiming it’s because of some nebulous “auto ban system”, which is not something they mention in the reply. That’s your personal spin, because you don’t understand how the system works.

An “auto ban”, at its very foundation, is a system that…automatically…bans…you. There are no automatic bans (or suspensions). Doesn’t exist, doesn’t happen.

This is quite irrelevant, other than a compelling reason why you want your current suspension overturned. That’s only done with an appeal through the ticket system.

And then, you need to wait until a GM gets to your ticket.

No implication at all. It’s your personal inference, and it’s quite incorrect.

Looks like your appeal has been worked.

What exactly is their formal way of telling one to stop making appeals? Do they threaten your entire battle.net account or could it vary? Just curious for possible future scenarios.

They tell you this is the final answer, basically. Appealing beyond that would fall under GM harassment.

I WAS JUST UNBANNED! YESS TY, we lit

Shout out again to all the non believers who thought I was lying

No one thought you were lying about the ban needing to be overturned. We don’t make those kind of judgements. We pushed back on you insisting it was some nefarious “auto ban” or due to mass reporting, especially when you said a GM told you that, then provided a response that mentions none of it.

Those things simply do not exist. Players report (how much they report, who they ask to join them in reporting, their reasoning for reporting…all irrelevant), and then Blizzard investigates those reports. As the Blizzard GM’s are human, they can (and do) make mistakes sometimes. This is precisely why the appeals process is in place.

Welcome back!

A lot of the community chime in to see if there’s something that may make sense to you – nobody in here that helps regularly has malicious intent. Congratulations, and welcome back

Nothing about this has anything to do with auto bans or mass reporting. There was a false positive, and the appeals process allowed Blizzard to reinstate your account.

There’s nothing more or less happening here.

All reports whether man made or by warden are reviewed by a GM before a penalty is applied. The last thing blizz wants to do is ban a good account. That is why we have appeals.

You have zero idea what triggered this, doubt was from mass reporting. How many people say that and turns out was just one report

Pnutbutta,

People are trying to explain to you that neither of those happened. Someone made an error when applied an action to your account. Humans make errors. It sucks.

Neither of those will make that happen, no auto bans

Here’s hoping this gets locked up. Nobody is going to be able to convince PB that what they experienced does not equate to “mass reports = ban”.

They’ve already made their own mind up.

Best of luck to you PB.

It’s crazy that you believe that Blizzard employees are so incompetent.
