most of your players are afk, run around doing nothing then die, or botters.
that is why alliance lose.

you kidding right ?
I have 795 games in as a pug. Playing every game I enter. I do this accepting that 99.5% of the time we will lose. In all the games. The map deffinately challenges alliance. We have to work in groups. Defending and holding a grave yard south helps. If premade enters follow their lead. If someone takes lead with the pugs giving orders that are within reason, follow. 90% of the time it is just , in chat, it’s complaining and dogging others. Many times you are left fighting alone while team stands watching. The map favors horde, but again it’s what we have in a 15 year old game. Let’s figure out strategies to win. While moving south stay together and fight. The more who survive the further we make it. When groups work as a team we have made it to Drek. Still lose, but we get close. I am new ,still learning. If changes come good. If they don’t enjoy the game. If you don’t enjoy it simply do not join. Don’t attack people who are playing , listening, trying to work with the team.
Wrong there will always be queues…
Why is alliance being childish about quitting when they can’t win?
Horde didn’t give up when alliance had premade instant queues and bubble pulling Drek exploiting the terrain
only reason you didn’t give up is because you knew if you’d cry enough blizzard would change it for you. Now all hope is lost. The devs are horde…and you can clearly see that
or how clearly evident the map is favored for horde and it has been for 15 years.
Can’ tell if your serious or trolling… Obviously you never played AV… You would then know Alliance layout is more defensive compared to Horde
All you gotta do is sheep 1 guard in Horde Tower and Cap, bunkers are surrounded and open to arrow barrage which forces you to kill the range compared to Horde.
Alliance base layout is well defended even with a bridge that places the gap
They still need to fix the back door bug that horde are abusing in AV to our base. I watch horde do it all the time.
Yes it’s well known and documented. Why are queuing up and contributed to the problem?
It’s only going to get fixed when alliance stop queuing
Blizzard isn’t going to fix AV or make any major changes to the map. Why would they? They’re playing their horde characters and having a blast farming alliance.
And I doubt there is any budget to allocate man hours to do anything other then quick little changes that screw alliance over more.
Various player issues might account for a higher win ratio, but 98%?
Nah, it can’t. It’s just broken.
if it did then why were the alliance winning when av launched and they cant win now?
did the map change or were most of you bad and riding the premade coat tails?
Because premades are coordinated. It’s like a static raid group being compared to pugs doing difficult PvE content. Proper communication and gear requirements trump everything else most of the time.
Ever consider how simple it is to defend Horde territory due to terrain benefits? This is something you don’t even need players around to understand. Just compare the areas and see how different they are. People like to point out the bridge, but that’s literally the last line of defense for Alliance. The Horde have already claimed all areas prior and on the road to victory.
Even comparing SHGY “chokepoint” is a joke due to how large and vacant that is. You can even hop behind the bunker to get past it if you really needed to.
And in all of this, where do you put SF gy?
Haven’t you noticed that no one has that Gy at game start? Maybe it means something?
The Alliance is much better placed to Cap it, it is just across SH gy while the Horde needs to come all over IB.
this wasnt an issue when the alliance were winning av in 7m with premades was it?..nope.
now there are no more premades in av its an issue right?
Um, yep. Horde weren’t defending then.
Not having been in the premades, IDK what to tell you. I do know that even in lopsided groups, we still won on occasion if the group filled quickly. Since the fix, not so much. Horde is wining nearly every game, even though we start with full games now. You tell me… how does that work?
Anyway, I thought you quit. Go back to going back to retail.
Did you not notice the first part? Good job ignoring it.
The terrain thing has always been an issue, it’s just that it took Horde players an insane amount of time to finally realize it. It took you guys having to premade groups to do what you do now almost a decade ago. Blizz removed the old forum posts, but a simple Google search for “rath strat” is all you need to see that. The Engadget article talks about it well.
Alliance had no reason to complain because we were winning. Then when we weren’t and saw exactly how good Horde can be defensively (all anyone knew was Alliance had the bridge), that’s when terrain imbalance became an issue. Not that it wasn’t already, hence why Blizz moved Hordes starting cave during TBC.
Um, Horde can get it capped before Alliance can get to it, just saying…
Each time Horde get pushed back, they exploit and use the back door in our keep to keep their honor per hour as high as possible.
Alliance start of the back-foot and are kept on this due to Blizz loving them some Horde :(.
It is definitely the players… have you ever fought alliance? Majority them are absolutley awful.
Sure there are some good players… but they are encountered much less frequently that the S key bandits.
