Not much longer left for us to find out the fate of Shadowlands.
I’m honestly not expecting any huge reveals. Just the release date and some other **** we already know.
There is really only the full covenant system in action that is left for them to show at this point, and the release date announcement is quite late in comparison to Legion and Bfa’s, so it should be that.
Venthyr is like the only good covenant too, you get a cheat death, a teleport, a 15% max health shield that activates when you teleport (Basically necrolords are completely useless) FREE transmog. 15% bonus for Enchants, Food, Flasks and Potions, It’s honestly hilarious.
Oh you also get a mini lust for just doing stuff. My god they did not balance any of this at all.
For those who pick for aesthetics, prepare to see a lot of “Venthyr only” in the group finder.

This is like saying.
“I’m playing arcane mage in keys and people will have to live with it” then getting upset when nobody invites you to keys.
Why would they not invite an arcane mage to keys? You do not need all the right classes to do keys, who cares if you do not make it in time? Eventually you will.
Because people who are running keys want to bring a group that gives them the best opportunity to time a key, +2 a key.
There is 0 reason to bring an arcane mage if there is a fire mage in the queue.

i think it’s more supposed to be about alts. for instance, my pandaren dk is going ardenweald, my goblin dk is goin maldraxxus. i can see why folks who only play one character would get upset, but i’m pretty sure this is for alts.
What’s stopping you from doing that if the system didn’t have power locked behind it?
Not everyone hates themselves enough to play multiple of the same class.

If the system didn’t have abilities locked behind them, you’d still be able to play different DKs and pledge yourself to one covenant.
Opening the system doesn’t impact roleplayers at all.

??? why would i only want to pick one covenant? i wanna experience the different stories, not get trapped into only picking one, like some kinda power-gamer.
