So your solution is to… Make horde so unbearable as a faction that people are forced to play Alliance more? Lol
What do you guys actually think can be done about this? All the issues you list are issues with IMBALANCED POPS. The same issues horde players deal with on high ally pop servers.
Don’t play on a PVP server where the faction that can kill you is 80%. You’re gonna have a bad time.
I think what you really want are pve servers. World pvp is never going to be balanced even with 50/50 pop and if u are tying your ability to have a positive experience in the game with faction balance you’re never going to be satisfied.
They’ve been trying to fix this on retail for 10 years guys. More people want to play horde.

I read the article and I get the point it’s making but there isn’t a solution. The solution is find a more balanced server.
There is nothing they can do to fix the balance. I have a 70 horde and alliance and I enjoy both factions.
But short of forcing people to play Alliance, it’s not gonna fix it. Maybe 1% of people will go alliance for faster queues. The people that want to be horde are already horde.
The solution really is simple. Free faction transfers from horde to alliance on horde dominated servers. Leave transfers up and if people don’t take the transfer then they are choosing to remain in the long queues even when given an out and will need to just deal with the long queue from that point on
Punishing the majority of the playerbase for playing the faction they like is fantastic game design, great idea.
You want to force people to go alliance, but you can’t. People don’t want to play Alliance. Look at retail. You know your fate.

There are PvP servers with 90% alliance population.
If horde was so broken why do those exist ?
the only people that say horde is broken are alliance players that tell horde to reroll if they want to pvp xD

TBC never had same faction BGs. Add same faction BGs and it isn’t TBC. No one is forcing anyone to play this decade and a half old game. If you don’t like this old game there are plenty of modern games that cater to short attention spans.
Your issues don’t exist on the 90% ally pvp servers.

Alliance pallies didnt have seal of blood.
We didn’t have boosts.
