Yes, but only because they are forcing horde to queue against a tiny alliance population.
HvH is an easy and obvious solution. It will not affect the other issues you mentioned, because those are the natural evolution of the game.
Look at retail. It took 10 years but eventually it skewed horde. If more people legitimately want to play horde than alliance, then what?
Force people to play something else for YOUR experience?
We have a tank shortage, you don’t see blizzard stopping people from playing dps do you?

How can you not realize that THIS IS THE ENTIRE POINT OF ALL OF THIS. We KNOW how it ends. Alliance players are basically asking Blizzard to NOT make the same mistakes again. It’s not about “forcing” people to play something they don’t want, it’s about making playing Alliance more appealing.
It’s funny that you brought up the tank shortage. You know what the fix is for waiting an hour to find a tank? Rolling a freaking tank and tanking yourself.

then why not change the game to make Alliance more appealing?
Imagine coming to play TBC classic because it’s not like retail, only to demand to make it like retail because a bunch of people are slaves to metas and try to min/max a 15 year old game. That’s what’s going on right now.
With tank shortages why don’t you guys ask for LFD too while you’re at it?

Yet when it comes to picking the overpopulated faction to pvp on… Well, we need to fundamentally change the game because, reasons.

You know there are 90% alliance pvp servers, right? What advantages do the horde have then?

Okay I’m going to pull all of my numbers from ironforge.pro data on pvp servers here. Ignoring servers with a population under 1k we have 3 servers listed as 100% Alliance with 7 more servers where Alliance are the majority faction . We have 7 servers that are 100% or very close to it for Horde with 30 more servers that are horde majority. Stop acting like the alliance control a bunch of servers so this entire issue should be avoided. You’re a bad troll and you should feel bad about your behavior
