This Blue post was referring to a couple hundred of us actually being able to create a character and log in for a few minutes when they sent out the first wave.

Hey, one last thing. I tried to add another PTR and now can’t because the beta took the last one.

We still have 8 hours. I’m hopeful they will fix this… still gonna speak out about this bug/issue.

I added the extra info to the BLUE post. I know that if I had two PTR accounts, retail account and f2p account, I would probably not have gotten the Beta to show because I already maxed myself out at 4 accounts.

Interesting… I checked my client some time later in the evening yesterday (5/21/19) and it showed that I was able to download the client so I did, then I got an email saying I was invited.
Of course the realm, as expected and stated, was there but not available.

Nope, just the same account I’ve been using since vanilla. No other accounts, got the invite, no beta on my launcher.

Yep, stress test. But the email says " Beta & Stress Test: WoW Classic" and I just shorthanded it. :wink:

Nah. I got a legitimate stress test email and I can’t download it per their instructions. What do I do, Blizzard?

They probably sent out 5000 error emails, this will go on for a week

I doubt it, but if so, they need to say that they did.

Same problem, two ptr accounts and received the email but not option in the dropdown.

Has anybody with two ptr accounts been able to access the beta/stress test?

Was just on chat with CS removing an extra PTR account and he linked to this in the CS forum: Received Stress test email - no access

Uninstall your live game and reinstall.
