it says completed, my game time is about 15 days left + the bonus month it says 1month+

Out of curiosity, have you signed out of the game and launcher completely and logged back in since purchasing it?

It would appear that he has.
So maybe they might need to enable/disable the filters.
Ah… the old turn it off and on again trick. That does seem to work sometimes. Certainly worth a try.
